There are so many things that can lead to depression, just like the Op have mentioned, most especially lack of money and lack of financial enablement is something that can lead to depression, peer pressure is also a factor that can lead to depression, people have to start taking there mental health seriously, so many people are depressed without knowing that they’re depressed, the government have to provide medical health services where people can go and be checked, something like Therapy is always recommended for people who are in a situation where they feel like depression is paramount between people, the ugly part is that so many people are depressed and they don’t know what is happening.

Whether we like it or not, depression is paramount even in the beginning of times but it gets worse as time goes by because of peer pressure and influence, especially from social media, the problem is when it becomes chronic, that's when it gets bad and help is needed because it can even lead to suicide.

We can't curb or stop depression because we can stop inflation, or war, love which can lead to heartbreak and accidents, this things causes depression but we can always find the happiness in our situations.

Depression is really a very serious mental problem now. Many people ignore it as just a bad mood or temporary upset. But the matter is not ignoreable in any way. And if it continues like this for a long time, physical problems can also arise. Especially headaches can occur, sleep is reduced and concentration on  important work is not given. Even heart disease can sometimes arise if one is in long-term depression. Here, we have to be responsible here more than the government . Everything should not be imposed on the government. Because every country has a system for treating mental illness. If the government wants, it can take some steps to increase awareness. Which will help people to give importance to this type of mental illness. If any physical or mental problem is the reason for feeling bad for a long time, then should definitely go to a professional, maybe a doctor or psychiatrist.

In our world today, we have lots of depressed people living life like nothing is wrong. Depression can be as a result of many things like loneliness, financial pressure, peer pressure, stress and many others. Depressed people don't even speak up because the society don't place importance on it. Depression is real and we all go through it at different points in life. My question is why aren't we talking so much about depression and how to manage and help depressed people?
This sounds more like a problem men usually have, because they are known for being bottled up, less open and saying "i am ok", when they are supposed to talk about their feelings. Men tend to think they are expected to do so, that it makes then tougher. When in fact it makes them weaker and less in control.

If someone doesn't deal with their feelings, feelings will end up dealing with them. And if someone has unresolved issues, they won't even see it coming, it just takes them over. Sometimes it's outbursts and sometimes violence against others or themselves.

But in short: no one is stopping you to talk about them but yourself. If your friends don't want to listen, you have wrong circle of friends.

this things causes depression but we can always find the happiness in our situations.
However in the case of depression, just finding happiness in the situation is not always enough. Some situations become so difficult that it is not possible to handle everything with your own willpower. Like after being unemployed for a long time or losing someone close to you, just thinking positively does not make everything better. In that case you should seek support from people and I would say if necessary, see a psychiatrist.

I don't think anyone is actually  comfortable being depressed. What if they are actually hiding it instead of comfort. Pretending all is well when actually it isn't. I wouldn't call that being comfortable. Because if there was an actual solution they would have taken it without even blinking. And those that might not take it might be suffering from trauma. They would need guidance to be free from that state. So no one is comfortable in depression.
