Many people are scared of speaking out because of stigmatisation. This has killed a lot of people and their mental health even before they reach the peak of their lives. Depression is real and it requires collective effort of all at all times. Both depressed and non depressed people needs to collaborate and continue fighting hard to educate, engage people in proper classes or engagements that talks about enlightening people about depression. Let them know that’s not the end for them and they can get to become a better version of themselves if they let go off what is bothering them that puts them in that state.

We live among people who are very quick to judge and condemn others without finding out what is going through their minds and how best to help them come out of the problems or what is causing them to be depressed. The government should set up agencies to monitor and address the issue of depression people needs to be aware of the dangers of depression they need to be educated so that they can speak out and seek for help instead of doing things that will take their lives.  I have been in that situation, I almost gave up because I felt everybody was against me including my friends, nobody wants to help nor speak to me but I was lucky no to harm myself because the thought was coming to my mind, we need to help people cause a lot of people has died because people were too far to help them.

Depression is real if we value human lives we need to stop judging people.

Sometimes, so many people are fighting battles secretly that nobody knows about, and instead of showing them love and support, most at times we end up judging and condemn them without knowing that not everyone who we see smiling is actually happy deep down, and thank God you were able to overcome that difficult moment in your life and also we need to learn to listen to people, check up on them, and offer help without waiting for them to ask if you have to help.

You say we condemn them huh, but how can we get to know what is in the mind of someone when the person has chosen not to speak up. My people will always say that a closed mouth is a close destiny, which is true because help cannot come when the helper don't have a clue on what you are suffering from. I know how some people can be so secretive about everything and they will not want to share something that is killing them slowly.

No one say that you should take a megaphone and sit on millennium tower or on the statue of Liberty and begin telling all persons your problem.

But there is close friends that person could talk to, seek answers. If no friends, then the person have family members that they can talk to. If they don't then they can book for online doctors from AWA Doc or anyone they can find.  The main thing is that they share their problems because that is the most effective way that person can use to treat depression.

I doubt people chose to be silent on the first go, they might tried to share with someone even if they don't have anyone they will choose the social media as a way of vent out and when they feel neglected even there then the silence will be their ultimate move. And honestly people don't care what others are going through, I am talking about the majority of the people not just everyone.

Now they can get the consultation online that is easier which can actually help than other ways.

The reason why people are quick to judge others is because they use the experience of someone else to analyse another person's situation. And we live in a world where many people tell lies just to get pity from the public so those are tbe things that makes people judge someone so quick because they are just assuming a similar situation as someone else.

Everything is not about the government, I don't know why every little thing we will begin to seek for government intervention. We as humans need to be strong for ourselves and stop thinking that people will care for us in our weak moments. The world is getting tough each day so we should develop a tough mentality that will help us to keep being alive regardless of what we are passing through. The government already has rehabilitation centres for people who needs rehab, should they also establish another center for depressed people also? Some things just sound so awkward in the ear. Everybody should be strong for themselves because there are people who are passing through worst situation than yours.

I think the purpose why people don’t talk about depression always is because many people don’t take it serious. Most people will tell someone who’s depressed to cheer up or stop overthinking, without even trying to find out what’s going on with that person. I know everyone is fighting a different battle, all we need is to learn how to pay attention and learn how to show love, and also support people in  any a way that you can without judging them.

You are right, there are many who, without understanding the pain of a person's mind, just tell him to be good, but if that person tries to understand the pain of that depressed person and gives him good advice, or talks to him like him, then the depression decreases a lot. We easily tell someone to think positively, but it is never easy, personally I have also spent a lot of time in depression, in such a situation if there is no one who will understand me like I do, or talk to me, then this depression starts to deepen. And so I share these things with my friend, and then he talks to me like me and gives me different ways and after talking to him freely, I can recover a lot.
Actually, if you want to bring positive changes in people's lives, you need compassionate people who will give them some time, unconditionally support them, and spend some time with them like them. However, another thing in this case is that if the depressed person keeps his pain in his mind, then no one else will be able to give him the right advice easily. Rather, he should open up to someone who understands him best and talks to him best, like in my case, I tell my friend everything about me.

A person who lives alone has depression, depression is basically an unwanted pain in the human mind that we cannot understand from the outside. To overcome this depression, many people indulge in many types of pleasures, I also see a person who is involved in loneliness and depression playing gambling. He is old, I talked to him, his desires were very painful, maybe his family does not give him any kind of time, so after I spent a few hours with him,
his mind became much lighter. And he felt very happy talking to me. So depression takes away the happiness and peace of a person's mind, so it is definitely very important to discuss this depression.

No body can be comfortable with sickness,bi will emphatically tell you that depressed people are not happy with themselves been found in such condition or predicament, it's only when you have Carry out some questionnaire check or test in the societies where depressed people exist and do thorough analysis you can know if this question is correct about people of depression been comfortable with their condition, depression is a dangerous sickness which many don't know is sickness and it kills silently, those that know depression in details will not even advice or pray for any to be in that condition , depression is the results many commit suicide, and people of such only need love, caring and regular check up by friends neighbors and medical treatment, I will said that no one will be comfortable with such as condition to life.
