I believe that in 10 years (in 2036), Bitcoin will become an integral part of the reserves of all central banks. It will also be used in this capacity by large corporations and individuals. 🙋

I believe that significant changes will occur in the Bitcoin code over these 10 years. First, protection against quantum computer attacks will be implemented. Second, second-layer solutions based on Bitcoin will be actively developed. Transactions on these networks will generate significant income for Bitcoin miners. This is very important, as miners are the ones who ensure the network's security.

In the next 10 years, I believe it will still serve its primary function as digital currency, a store of value, and also a strategic reserve for governments and a treasury reserve for private institutions.
Because if we look at the recent times, Bitcoin has been noticed by several countries and private institutions as their strategic reserve. They see that Bitcoin is the right asset to use as a long-term reserve asset, and maybe this trend will continue to grow over the next decade, especially as more governments and institutions start to adopt Bitcoin more widely.

I am sure that Bitcoin will become a more recognized asset and adopted by more people, and its value at that time might be higher compared to its current all-time high.

Bitcoin in general has grown to the stage where it becomes one of the assets that will keep being traded in the market but its capacity to do numbers will reduce as time passes by but remember ten years is not a long time, it will just come in a blink of an eye, recall your last ten years, it seem like a dream that it’s ten years already. All you should be thinking is just having the capacity to hold bitcoin till then. Honestly, it's hard to say exactly how Bitcoin will be used in 10 years, even 10 years ago we couldn't have imagined that AI would become so fast and so advanced but now it's a reality, In the case of Bitcoin, it will have its place as a store of value and its price may increase over time. But it's hard to imagine what new uses or technologies will be added to it in the future.  Many new uses are already being developed for Bitcoin including Lightning, so it remains to be seen what else comes in the next ten years.

We can all be optimistic for all we can be towards where Bitcoin is going to be in the next 10 years to come, but we should always have it in our mind that there is no guarantee that Bitcoin is going to massively grow as we are all anticipating it to be but yet, we can not as well doubt this possibility. High expectations might not really be a good thing to do, because the future is still something one can not talk about with full chest, and for those procrastinating about investing in Bitcoin, it is still better to invest than not investing.

I believe that bitcoin will have more users in the next 10 years and more people will use it to protect their savings especially countries where the local currency loses value quickly. We can also see bitcoin used for most international payments and sending money across borders.

Someone may be able to send bitcoin to another country without going through any bank or dealing with long time process. It would also become easier for businesses to accept bitcoin as the technology improves and I do not think bitcoin needs to replace banks or normal money we use to be successful. So if people can use it as asset, a way to transfer money and another option instead of using banks or our traditional financial system that is already a strong use case.

The most interesting part now is that we cannot really predict everything that will happen in 10 years but bitcoin has already gone far beyond what many people expected to in the early days. So we will probably see new uses later that we are not even considering today.

I definitely don't want to see Bitcoin loose its original design framework because it just want to exist and must make regulators happy, because then a lot of us believers, would definitely abandon it and probably not trust any new innovation with a sound promise like Bitcoin holds currently.

So far so good, Bitcoin has become a hybrid alternative both as a currency, an asset to hold and use for real world cases like tax payments, for gambling online on cryptocurrency casinos. Yet, it maintains its decentralized nature and is expanding to meet these new roles being thrown on it because of adoption.

I don't know by that time. There's a lot of scares due to quantum computers and they're all saying that it can crack it. I don't want to believe it as well. So I have no idea yet. But it can remain as-is and be one of the best stores of value in the world. Without the scare that the media is spreading about the QC's, just as it is right now. It's an asset which gives us control over our wealth, an edge against inflation, something that can preserve wealth at the same time as it has the opportunity to create more wealth. I think while we actually look at how bitcoin actually increases I price which is down to the volatility of bitcoin, we should also understand that bitcoin would not actually continue having this highs in this short period of time which is the volatility will reduce as the time goes. How low it will reduce is not certain yet but i am predicting that there will be time where even to get an 100% from the market in a year or even a whole cycle will be almost impossible.

For this 10 years case study I still think the volatility will still be pretty like it is now, let’s say from now to 2036 what the market price will be like. I expect the price to around that $400k region you stated this is because there would be two cycles in between and both combine can do like 4x and from the current ATH that’s a great price increase still

Right.  Otherwise we couldn't have a finite limit of 21 million coins, because there would always need to be some minimum reward for generating.  In a few decades when the reward gets too small, the transaction fee will become the main compensation for nodes.  I'm sure that in 20 years there will either be very large transaction volume or no volume.

I assume it will be just like before. Halvings will take place (in 2028, 2032, and 2036), which means the price will rise with each cycle.

I believe that, in terms of volume, the primary shift will be from the P2P model (which is effectively a P2Exchange2P model at the moment) to a C2C (country2country) model - meaning it will be used between countries for foreign trade settlements.

It will still largely depend on how the world is evolving and the direction things takes in this regard. With the way things stands and the fact that bitcoin price is going up, it means that bitcoin is winning regarding it function as a store of value.

By itself, bitcoin is not something that changes as years passes by. It remains what it is and that's that it remains decentralised, still maintains it fixed value and maintains all it inherent nature. If anything is going to change it's not going to be with respect to bitcoin but more about how people views it.

Basically, due to its scarcity, Bitcoin will be used most as a holding asset. Some will be used as a means of transaction, especially international transactions or P2P transactions or pseudonymous transactions. It will also be used as a payment method, as is currently happening. Why do you think trump made such promises  but never did it, only to be holding seized bitcoin as part of the reserve but no government funds was designated for the reserve, No nation will use a very volatile asset like bitcoin as their reserve when there are other asset that can provide more reliable stability. Nations reserve are ment to provide confidence for monetary policy, why do you think central bank even hold reserve? The primary reasons central bank hold reserve is to have smooth exchange rate and intervention in foreign exchange markets. But since bitcoin is volatile it can’t be reliable for nation reserve.
