Selling a live Solana on-chain casino looking for an operator to take it over
We've built and been running a provably-fair on-chain casino on Solana and we're looking to see if there's an operator out there who wants to take the whole thing over. It's live, has a small player base, and makes a small revenue. Whoever picks it up gets a working, unique product and an instant entry into Solana on-chain gambling without building from zero.
What's on the platform:
- Roulette with 2x (black/purple), 7x (bait) and 14x (green), plus a built-in minigame and a triple green jackpot that grows from user wagers
- A coinflip game that feels really good to play
- "Graves" - our own game, a mix of towers and the cross-the-road / chicken style games. Nothing else out there plays like it
On the tech side: users bet straight from their web3 wallet and winnings hit their wallet instantly. We also built a legacy wallet mode so players can deposit/withdraw and play like they would on any normal site. Best of both worlds depending on the audience you want.
The buyer gets everything - full codebase, smart contracts, the domain, branding, all of it. Everything you need to run it from day one, nothing held back.
We're selling because our team runs several other businesses and this iGaming venture isn't where our focus is anymore. The platform's clean and running fine, we've just never put proper time or marketing behind it. Rather than let it sit half-attended, it makes more sense to hand it to an operator who can actually give it the focus and traffic it deserves. It's an upside play for the right buyer, not a fixer-upper.
