If you can handle to add that in one platform then that's good. But actually for gambler that situation does not matter much, because what people actually looking at if to play on reliable platform on which they can play smoothly and don't give them any issue.

Once you could able to provide a smooth and also transparent platform, then add many betting options. This is already a good combination and with that people might going to try to do test play on your casino.

I prefer everything in one.

But since there are many businesses on the same platform now, I do believe it's not about it anymore. It's about the reputation and trust from the customers. Once you get one and enjoy their stay there, it's easy for a gambler to trust the platform. There are some who will look for a better one but will end up going back to the old one.

Separate platforms mean fewer customers, which could end up being ignored in the long run. It's good to give them a variety of what they can play.

But I wouldn't choose a platform just because everything is in one place. Odds, betting limit, withdrawal reliability, bonus term, licensing, customer support are all much more important to me. For example, while some recent independent reviews like yours praise GGBET's esports coverage, there are many complaints about the site's withdrawal delay and bonus wagering requirement. So everyone should avoid this site.

I would like to add another point, bankroll management can be difficult for many people if casino, sports, and esports are on same account. For example, you can accidentally mix the bankroll you keep for sports betting with the casino. I have never accessed esports betting. I prefer casino games and sports betting. Even the prediction market is not enjoyable for me. 
Being able to access everything we like on one platform is indeed good. It really helps gamblers not to move to another casino. However, the features offered cannot just retain customers on their own. How the service and also the bonus system offered to customers are managed must also be taken into account.

Isn't that already the trend now, it's becoming more like an all-in-one platform. Before, casinos and sportsbooks were usually separate, but now casinos are starting to integrate more services into one system so users don't have to keep moving from one platform to another. I had seen these things on different platforms before, but now it is becoming more modern and all these things are available at gambling dens, so people are moving towards gambling. Casino is very fast, it has also included such things along with gambling that we used to play separately, now anyone who plays them will also be affected by gambling and will have to suffer losses from gambling. I have not seen Esports in gambling yet, but gambling has included a lot of things. Earlier, bets were usually placed on sports, but now you get all this in one gambling. Obviously, if you like gambling, you will not get it from separate platforms. If you are getting these things in one gambling, then it is easy for you.

Answer to the question of OP: I stick to my favorite sites and am not looking for separate services. Because why would i need to? I am not playing with huge amounts though so i don't need to care.

For rare cases when i am betting with big money, no matter if it's slots, sports or esports i prefer using casinos inside EEA as i don't have to pay taxes for those. Gambling outside of it is counted as income and taxed by it.
