It means that your wallet is actively synchronizing with a server. Wait a little while until the process is completed, and then the color will turn green to indicate a successful connection to the server, or blue in the case of Tor, or red to indicate failure.

This one right : status_connected_fork.png ..

You will see that when there’s a temporary fork on bitcoin network just as it name reads.. checks for more than 1 chain tips:

Code:
 property bool fork: connected && Network.chaintips > 1

There also different indicators.. after looking at the code :
Code:
   ? '../../../icons/status_disconnected.png'
                : syncing
                    ? '../../../icons/status_waiting.png'
                    : lagging
                        ? fork
                            ? '../../../icons/status_lagging_fork.png'
                            : '../../../icons/status_lagging.png'
                        : fork
                            ? proxy
                                ? '../../../icons/status_connected_proxy_fork.png'
                                : '../../../icons/status_connected_fork.png'
                            : proxy
                                ? '../../../icons/status_connected_proxy.png'
                                : '../../../icons/status_connected.png')
It changes to this  when you are connected to a proxy and this when you’re connected to a server which is behind the current chain tip.

If you want to check further then go through the sources in order :

https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/27a0946468d2213658d01f36d49036a5136d2bc6/electrum/gui/qt/main_window.py#L1084

https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/27a0946468d2213658d01f36d49036a5136d2bc6/electrum/gui/qt/util.py#L1290

https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/master/electrum/gui/qml/components/controls/OnchainNetworkStatusIndicator.qml

Btw.. it’s been implemented since 2018. So it’s not new, temporary forks don’t occur every time.

That rarely happens in mainnet but possible.

Anyways, that means that your "main interface" (server) and some of the other servers that you're connected to, don't agree on each other's blockchain.
It mostly means that the servers where you're connected to are following different fork of the blockchain.

Check the server settings and you'll see those servers listed under different block hash for the same block height.

BTW, Electrum randomizes those servers including the main server if you haven't set it manually or using oneserver,
So people here will see different results.
