XPARQ is at a stage where it greatly needs a team.

What started as an independent experimental project has grown into something that is increasingly difficult to build, test, and maintain alone. XPARQ is exploring a different approach to blockchain design: a simple but strong state machine, UTXO-based digital money, post-quantum cryptography, QCash bearer instruments, and a network architecture focused on security and long-term resilience.

There is still a lot to build. Consensus, networking, node synchronization, reorg handling, cryptography, wallet development, testing, documentation, and research each require significant attention. Having people with different expertise would allow the project to move forward more carefully and sustainably.

XPARQ is therefore looking for contributors who are interested in building and experimenting together—especially Rust developers, blockchain and distributed-systems engineers, cryptography enthusiasts, security researchers, testers, and technical writers.

You do not need to be an expert in everything. A willingness to learn, question assumptions, review ideas, test implementations, and contribute consistently is valuable.

XPARQ is an open-source experimental project, not a promise of quick profits or another token built around hype. The goal is to explore whether we can build digital money infrastructure that is simpler, more secure, post-quantum ready, and designed around clear protocol rules rather than unnecessary complexity.

If that direction interests you, XPARQ needs people who want to help build it.
