BCPOKER not transferring USDT withdrawal and I am unable to login now!

So, as you can see in my previous post I was going through hard time making INR payments so I switched to crypto, I also decided to leave all casino games and just stick to poker. bcpoker seemed like a better choice as it didn't lead me to go back to casino after winning.

now here is the hard and disappointing part, I won a tournament and a few games I decided to withdraw in USDT and it was pending till now(almost 12 hours) and now when I tried to check the status I was logged out of all devices and they said your account has been on cooling down period, I contacted the support but all they are saying is we have noted your request and we will get back to you

They have a forum representative, but they haven't been active since November last year. Anyway, judging by how the website looks, I'm assuming it is connected to bc.game, I'll try and PM bctokenbot regarding this case, but I'm not sure if he can help you with your issue with bcpoker since, as far as I know, his connection is with bc.game.

So, your casino does this as a mandatory security check if an account suddenly changes payment methods? Just curious, do you also do this if an account suddenly changes the type of crypto they use or just the type of currency they use(fiat to crypto and vice versa)?

If AML requirements are strict then maybe don't let players make "significant changes of funding". I mean fiat sites also handle it that way, if you deposit via credit card you can only withdraw to that card as well. If you use neteller for a deposit then only neteller can be used for withdrawals. That's actually following AML guidelines. Seeing that you still processed the withdrawal is good on one side (for the player obviously) but also strange on the other. If somebody deposits fiat he shouldn't be able to withdraw to crypto if you actually take AML that serious.

Hey, I did receive my funds this morning, but now I see that BC Poker has permanently disabled the option to withdraw via crypto. I mean, I just made a withdrawal last night, and now you guys have disabled it. It has been unavailable since this morning.
Is this permanent? If crypto withdrawals are no longer available, I would not be able to use your site because the main issue in my country when dealing with INR is that transactions can get flagged.

I also contacted your website support, but the person I spoke to kept repeating things like, “I don’t know, it probably will never be available,” along with other vague answers. I need a clear and definitive answer from someone who actually knows what is happening.

Kindly respond ASAP and let me know whether I can still withdraw my earnings in crypto or not.

Since... your case is kinda resolved with the fund credited and the "remaining" issue is that now they blocked crypto, be it that it may that it strange for a cryptocasino to block crypto, may I suggest you the better, faster, and easiest way to this dire issue by moving to other casino?

@holydarkness , sir can you please help me, I have to withdraw 2000$ USDT in bcpoker but they are now saying due to some wallet activity they are going to block me from withdrawing crypto for two months, I have legit earnings from casino yesterday with all proofs, I am ready to do KYC as well with them, I am very sad and disappointed, this is so unfair I had once chance of getting fraction of my losses back and now they don't want to give me my winnings. please help sir

You also had similar problems with stake regarding fiat deposits. Can't you realize that there is a problem with that mode of payment?

i did shift to crypto the same time, i was using bc poker just to play poker and the same time i self excluded my stake account.  i started using only crypto in bcpoker and i want crypto withdrawals to be enabled for the same. you can also see the post starts with the lines “since i had bad experience with fiat”
