Hello Bitcointalk community,

I am posting this thread to ask for an independent opinion regarding a dispute with SlotNeo Casino involving approximately 36,000 USDT.

TL;DR

I had a substantial balance at SlotNeo Casino. I successfully withdrew approximately 2,500 USDT, but when I attempted to withdraw additional funds, the casino initiated additional KYC/AML checks.

I cooperated with the verification process and provided the documents and information requested.

Despite this, SlotNeo ultimately confiscated approximately 36,000 USDT.

I believe the circumstances surrounding the confiscation and the subsequent ADR process raise serious questions that I would like experienced Bitcointalk members to examine.

I am not asking anyone to simply take my word for it. I will provide the relevant evidence and correspondence so that the case can be independently assessed.

Main issues

1. Approximately 36,000 USDT was confiscated.
2. I cooperated with the casino's KYC/AML requests.
3. I requested clarification regarding the exact rule allegedly violated and the evidence supporting the confiscation.
4. The casino operates under an Anjouan gaming framework.
5. I attempted to use the available ADR/complaint mechanisms.
6. I encountered what I believe are significant inconsistencies concerning EGIS-ADR and whether it actually had an ADR agreement with the operator.
7. I also contacted other ADR organisations, which provided responses concerning whether they represented the operator.
8. The dispute is also documented through a complaint with Casino Guru.

What I am looking for

I would particularly appreciate opinions from members experienced with:

- Anjouan-licensed casinos
- Casino KYC/AML disputes
- large withdrawal confiscations
- ADR procedures
- EGIS-ADR
- source-of-funds investigations

I want to understand whether the casino's actions and the ADR process appear legitimate and consistent with normal industry practice.

I will post the evidence and correspondence below in chronological order, with personal information redacted where necessary.

Casino: SlotNeo
Amount disputed: approximately 36,000 USDT
Jurisdiction: Anjouan

I am willing to provide the casino's explanations and relevant correspondence as well. If there is evidence showing that I genuinely violated the casino's Terms & Conditions, I am willing to consider it objectively.

My objective is simply to obtain an independent assessment of what happened and, if the confiscation was not justified, to recover my funds.

Evidence and timeline will follow below.

Timeline of the dispute

I will use this post to provide a chronological timeline, followed by the supporting evidence in subsequent posts.

1. Casino account and balance

I had a substantial balance at SlotNeo Casino, with the disputed funds ultimately amounting to approximately 36,000 USDT.

2. Successful withdrawal

I successfully withdrew approximately 2,500 USDT.

3. Further withdrawal

When I attempted to withdraw additional funds, the casino initiated additional KYC/AML checks.

4. Verification

I cooperated with the casino's requests and provided the documentation and information requested.

I also remained willing to provide additional reasonable documentation if required.

5. Confiscation

Despite my cooperation with the verification process, SlotNeo ultimately withheld/confiscated approximately 36,000 USDT.

I subsequently requested clarification regarding the exact Terms & Conditions allegedly violated, the evidence supporting the decision, and the basis for confiscating the funds.

6. ADR process

I then attempted to use the available complaint/ADR mechanisms.

This led to additional questions concerning EGIS-ADR and its relationship with the operator, which I will document separately with the relevant correspondence.

7. Casino Guru

I also opened a complaint with Casino Guru concerning the dispute.

I will provide the relevant links and evidence as the thread develops.

The next posts will contain screenshots and documentary evidence supporting the timeline above.

Personal information will be redacted where necessary.
