People always see hardword as using physical strength to work, but hardwork has two dimensions which are physical labour and mental effort. The privilege that someone has might not be available to you. You might not even have the connection another has and what does that leave you with? You will have to work hard. There are people that are born into families that are wealthy and for the existence of such privilege, they don't need to work really hard. You need to understand that it is not every business persons are creative to figure what basics that should bring them success.
Take a consideration of someone who has the capital to install a business in a particular location but did not do survey to figure what kind of business that may be good in the location. Definitely such businesses collapses because you think the establishment of profitable business is just about the capital but neglects the importance of knowing nature of services the people in that area needs.

Someone else out there with a little amount of capital who had considered the basic factors about being successful in their investment can be successful than someone with huge capital who don't consider the factors such as location, products or service offers and as well creating marketing skills with good with customers or public.

Hard work in the other hand can simply mean the ability and consistent in your career.
So even if you are smart, you will still be required to put efforts with hardwork of how you can be successful. Of course some hardwork can also be flexible which may require you to invest so much of your mental abilities that would bring solutions to your needs.
Hardwork does not really mean the body stress neither does smart work mean stress free.

Hard working really lead a person to become successful in life, but not that every hard work people achieve same thing, there is some people that ever since they where born and they still never make it in life. Physical work is different from hard work.

Owning a business or doing mental work doesnt mean you don't have to work hard. If you own business and spend 12-16 hour a day working on it. If that isnt hard work, then what is?
