If you had bad experience at the site then you should just stop visiting that site and that's more than enough for you. If you don't visit there for next 90 days your account will remain in self-exclusion and then after 90 days simply send another message to their support if you want your account to get permanently deleted from their system.

They haven't scammed you in any way so this scam accusation isn't justified in anyway. So it's better to stop using the platform from now on if you haven't submitted your KYC data but if you've submitted your KYC data there then you should self-exclude the account for 90 days and after 90 days send them a message so they'll permanently delete your account.

2 obvious reasons:
