2. Self medication and abuse of pain killers
3. Undiagnosed or poorly managed high blood pressure and diabetes.
How to protect yourself1. Check your blood pressure and blood sugar regularly.
2. Drink plenty of clean water, especially in hot weather.
3. Stop arbitrary drug abuse and casual use of NSAIDs/painkillers.
4. Go for routine medical check-ups even when you feel fine
