Hi everyone,
I am writing this post to warn the community about my experience with Tower.betand to ask for advice or help if anyone knows how to reach their management. [1]
Here is what happened:
•   Date of incident: June 12th
•   My Username: Yhopiboq291 (automatically generated by the platform)
•   Amount frozen: about $2,000 USD
•   The issue: Out of nowhere, my account was completely locked, and I can no longer log in.
On June 12th, I received an email from support@duckdice.io stating that my funds and account were frozen due to a "provider report/flag". I was playing normally and did not make any suspicious transactions or break any terms.
They have provided absolutely zero evidence, explanation, or proof regarding what this "provider report" is about. They just kept my $2,000.

Why I am posting only now:
Right after this happened, I went through a very difficult personal period, which completely prevented me from focusing on this situation or writing online. Now that things are better, I want to warn everyone about how this platform operates and try to recover my funds.
If anyone has a direct contact with their official representatives on Bitcointalk, or knows the best way to escalate this dispute, please let me know.

Last time their offical representative active on this bitcointalk forum was in  1 december 2025, currently their forum account is inactive.
However, I don't know, but yahoo62278 managed Tower.bet's signature campaign 6 years ago back in 2020, so since it's been a long time, only yahoo62278 can tell if he has any contact.

I've gone through the email, and as is typical of many casinos, they fail to make known the exact rule they claim you violated. They just mention a couple of offences and allow you to pick one that resonates with you.

I wanted to ask why you received an email from Duckdice, when your complaint is against Tower bet, but i did a little research before posting and i see they are run by the same person, so they are literally the same casino, for those wondering. That said, i remember reading a post of @holydarkness, were he said he had contacts in these casinos, so tagging him here to see if he can be of help, before suggesting you move your case to ADR.

Coming from the tag, and... same question, as I read the opening post of the thread, but I'll slightly beg to differ from what Coyster --as well as giving a little correction-- said. Is it Tower or DuckDice that you're currently having issue with? They're sister casinos, but they have completely different person to be nudged to, if cases happen with each of the casinos.

Towbet... duckdice... it's still the same people giving customers headaches, and I don't think the former manager is able to help. He only helped through a signature campaign several years back

I've been actively nudging my other contact on tower, as my contact on DuckDice rather... strangely brickwalled me [I wonder if they changed management or the tg changing hand], so there's no need to burden the former campaign manager with this headache. It's not their problem to handle anyway.

Yeah it's also been established here ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5575993.0 ) that towerbet and duckdice are have the same people behind it.
Why OP would get an email from duckdice though looks very amateurish to be honest.

Seems like it would be wise to stay away from bother sites since it looks a bit strange what happens in the background. I don't want to get emails from a site A while playing on site B, that's for sure.

I was thinking about the same thing when i read the OP, it does not make sense and could confuse a lot of people. I was confused for a while, until i researched and found out there were sister platforms.

I guess it is safe to say if you register on both casinos with the same details, and you run into trouble in one of them, it would apply in the other one. Honestly, this is already enough reason for me to play in neither of them.

I played a lot on duckdice.io and I can confirm that duckdice.io and tower.bet limitation doesnt effect each other.

I had many problems in duckdice.io but when I face limitation I will move to tower.bet and continue my gambling action until my duckdice.io account unlock again (Already happened 3-5 times to me).

But based on your case, I had the similiar situation on tower.bet, it was a mistake that betby flagged my account as suspicious so they locked my account, after few days explanation they unlocked my account.
