KokoBet.com SCAM - Confiscated €1,413 Remaining Crypto Deposit

I am writing to issue a severe warning to the crypto gambling community regarding KokoBet.com. They have permanently closed my account and confiscated my remaining initial deposit.

Here are the facts of the case:

I made an initial crypto deposit of $1,800.

I placed regular sports bets, and my balance dropped to €1,413.

When I attempted to clear their standard 1x AML rollover to withdraw my remaining funds, they abruptly blocked my account, citing vague "fraudulent activity" and "Terms & Conditions" violations.

I emailed them stating that while I accept their decision to terminate my account, confiscating a player's initial deposited principal (minus gaming losses) is outright theft. There are zero unearned winnings or bonus funds in this balance.

KokoBet support responded and explicitly refused to refund my remaining deposit, citing their "Payment Policy" to justify keeping my funds.

Closing an account is a casino's right, but stealing a player's remaining deposited capital is a complete scam.

(Note: I cannot provide a screenshot of the €1,413 balance because KokoBet locked my account abruptly without warning. However, they have the internal logs, and I openly challenge their representatives to publicly dispute this amount).

Warning to all players: Do not deposit crypto at KokoBet.com. If you win, they might ban you. If you lose and try to withdraw your remaining balance, they will keep it anyway.

I have also filed formal complaints with major dispute mediators. I will update this thread if KokoBet management decides to do the right thing and return my €1,413 to my crypto wallet. Until then, consider them a rogue operator.

This is the first time I've heard of this casino. Also, they seem to have a weird brand name (cocobet) that doesn't match their site link (kokobet) - not sure if that wrong spelling was intentional.  
Anyway, these guys don't have an official announcement thread, let alone an official representative in this forum, OP. Your best course of action would be to file a complaint with a 3rd party mediator like AskGamblers or CasinoGuru.

Are you sure it's "kokobet.com"? Because I found an online casino called koko.bet that has the same logo as the casino you shared in your screenshots. Anyway, koko.bet does not have an announcement thread here, so there is no way to contact anyone from their team here in the forum, but they are listed on casino.guru(https://casino.guru/kokobet-casino-review), so I suggest posting the issue you are experiencing there

I can't help but notice that they decided to use the famous Binance logo (they just removed the small rhombus on the right-hand side, thinking we wouldn't notice it).  
If a service cannot even create their own logo in these present times when AIs for designing graphics are getting better, then how should that service even be trusted?

Thank you all for looking into this and for the suggestions. And great catch on the copied Binance logo—definitely just another huge red flag about how this operation is run.

To answer your questions regarding the 3rd party mediators:

Regarding Casino Guru: I actually contacted them first. Unfortunately, Casino Guru rejected my case. They informed me that they strictly handle casino-related disputes. Because KokoBet used "sportsbook" T&C clauses to close my account, Casino Guru refused to publish the complaint and told me they couldn't help.

Regarding AskGamblers: I also tried submitting a formal complaint there. It was instantly rejected by their system because KokoBet is either missing from their active database or holds a "Closed" status, meaning AskGamblers currently doesn't accept complaints against them.

Because the standard casino mediators can't process sportsbook issues or unsupported sites, I have filed my formal dispute with Bookmakers Review (BMR). They specialize in offshore sportsbooks and cases where operators confiscate initial deposits.

I am currently waiting for BMR's mediators to step in and contact KokoBet's management. I will keep this thread updated with any developments. Thanks again for the support—everyone please stay far away from this site!

If nothing comes out of BMR's mediator(first time hearing about them btw), you could try posting your case on contesthunters.com. The guy that handles disputes there is a forum member here, but I am not sure if they accept cases if the casino is not active here in the forum, but they do accept sports-related cases.
