Infact if you want to be a big business man you will be very unlikely and impossible to socialize with all your customers, take a successful business man and imagine he has the ability to socialize with all of his customers, that is not even possible.


Once you have a business that can meet the needs of people, gather a group of people with good initiative to help in the business and use good marketing to sell your business you are on the right path to success without having to be a social person or an outsider.

Running a healthy business needs attention loyalty, honest, transparency, and above all good communication skills to keep it going.

I know some people who really good at socializing—not just an ordinary socializing but with rich people. It really amazed me how good they are with their talks. It feels so natural. I really think that having such skills is a big advantage and that not everyone can have that. So I admire them for that, because personally I am an introvert and I find it hard to keep a conversation running.

But based on what I noticed in their way of socializing, since it's their possible "client" is that
1. They get to know the other party by asking questions. About their family, or their job in a friendly way.
2. They try to look for something where they share the same interest. It's their way to have something to talk more
3. The more you talk, the more it seems like you're interested in them and that they'd feel comfortable. But aside from talking, they also listen.
4. They offer whatever they can offer, meal, snack, or anything available. They make you comfortable.
5. And since they're trying to win a possible client, they would try to help you on something they can help with.

Before allowing him to attend an event, business discussions and topics should be decided. He should not be allowed to attend all events. He should occasionally move with friends from his environment who will introduce him as a business magnet in front of others. He should always keep a distance from cheap friends and should not move with people who hinder his business objectives.
