    Everstrat (EVE) — One-Click DeFi Yield, DAO-Governed
Currently deployed on Sepolia Testnet — no mainnet, no token sale, no real funds involved

Board: Alternate cryptocurrencies → Announcements (Altcoins) → Tokens (Altcoins)

⚠ TESTNET NOTICE — PLEASE READ FIRST ⚠

Everstrat is currently deployed only on Sepolia testnet (chain ID 11155111). There is no mainnet deployment, no token sale, and no real money involved. EVE tokens on Sepolia have zero monetary value. Please do not send real ETH anywhere in relation to this project — only Sepolia testnet ETH is used. This thread is here to invite testers and early community feedback ahead of a possible future mainnet launch (no date promised).

    What is Everstrat?

Everstrat is an on-chain "yield machine": stake ETH once, receive a liquid token called EVE, and get exposure to a basket of on-chain strategies selected and governed by a DAO — without manually managing positions, gas, or rebalancing yourself.

    • Governed by the DAO — the DAO selects and oversees every active strategy; protocol automation (keeper bots) executes routine work within strict on-chain limits.
    • ETH-centric accounting — all internal pricing happens in ETH, so you don't juggle multiple tokens across multiple protocols.
    • Liquid price discovery — enter/exit anytime through a bonding curve (AMM), priced on-chain against the protocol's live NAV.
    • First strategy live — pooled ETH is deployed into a Uniswap V3 concentrated-liquidity position (UniCLStrat).
    Architecture (short version)

The protocol is built around a central Registry contract that every other contract queries for peer addresses and role permissions. Core trust-anchor contracts (AMM, EVE token, the first strategy, and the Registry itself) are immutable — their logic can never change. Operational contracts (Controller, StrategyManager, ExitQueue, Oracle, Converter) are upgradeable, but any admin change goes through a 48-hour timelock, giving the community time to react. A separate emergency role can pause the protocol instantly, but cannot configure, unpause, or upgrade anything on its own.

    Who's behind it

Everstrat is built by a community-powered DAO from day one — no VCs, no private allocation. Brought to you by Guide DAO and Daoism Systems.

Risks — stated plainly (not hidden in fine print)

    • NAV can fall — there is no principal protection or floor price.
    • The current strategy is a concentrated liquidity position, which carries impermanent-loss risk.
    • Right now capital is concentrated in a single strategy (more may be added later via governance).
    • Exits can be queued if the AMM lacks free liquidity, with a documented escape hatch if a batch isn't processed within 3 days.

    Try it (testnet)

    [list=1]
    • Get some Sepolia testnet ETH.
    • Mint EVE through the app: https://app.everstrat.xyz/
    • Explore the docs to see how NAV, the bonding curve, and the exit queue work: https://docs.everstrat.xyz/
    • Report bugs, ask questions, or share feedback — right here in this thread, or via the channels below.

This is genuinely useful right now even with zero financial stakes: since nothing has real value yet, this is the best time to poke at edge cases, break things, and help shape the protocol before mainnet.

Happy to answer any technical questions about the architecture, the NAV/bonding-curve math, or the governance model — ask away below. Feedback from testers, especially anything that breaks or confuses you in the app, is genuinely more valuable to us right now than hype.
