Everstrat (EVE) — One-Click DeFi Yield, DAO-Governed
Live on Ethereum mainnet. Entry is invite-gated. There is no token sale.
Board: Alternate cryptocurrencies → Announcements (Altcoins) → Tokens (Altcoins)
⚠ STATUS ⚠Everstrat is live on Ethereum mainnet. Real funds are involved: you deposit ETH and receive EVE. There is no token sale and no presale. The protocol manages real ETH in real strategy positions, and the value of EVE can go down as well as up. Entry is invite-gated while access opens gradually. Exits are never gated.
What is Everstrat?Everstrat is an on-chain "yield machine": deposit ETH once, receive a liquid token called
EVE, and get exposure to a basket of on-chain strategies selected and governed by a DAO, without manually managing positions, gas, or rebalancing yourself.
- Governed by the DAO: the DAO selects and oversees every active strategy; protocol automation (keeper bots) executes routine work within strict on-chain limits.
- ETH-centric accounting: all internal pricing happens in ETH, so you do not juggle multiple tokens across multiple protocols.
- Liquid price discovery: enter and exit anytime through a bonding curve (AMM), priced on-chain against the protocol's live NAV.
- First strategy live: pooled ETH is deployed into a Uniswap V3 concentrated-liquidity position (UniCLStrat).
Architecture (short version)The protocol is built around a central
Registry contract that every other contract queries for peer addresses and role permissions. Core trust-anchor contracts (
AMM,
EVE token, the first strategy, and the Registry itself) are
immutable: their logic can never change. Operational contracts (Controller, StrategyManager, ExitQueue, Oracle, Converter) are upgradeable, but any admin change goes through a
48-hour timelock, giving the community time to react. A separate emergency role can pause the protocol instantly, but cannot configure, unpause, or upgrade anything on its own.

There is an official EVE token on Ethereum mainnet, and the only place to obtain it is app.everstrat.xyz. None of the EVERSTRAT or ES token pairs listed on GeckoTerminal (or other DEX aggregators) are associated with or backed by the official Everstrat project. Those are unofficial and fake tokens. Do not buy or interact with them.
Always verify official links against this thread and our official channels only:
Who's behind itEverstrat is built by a community-powered DAO from day one:
no VCs, no private allocation. Brought to you by Guide DAO and Daoism Systems.
Risks, stated plainly (not hidden in fine print)- NAV can fall. There is no principal protection or floor price.
- The current strategy is a concentrated liquidity position, which carries impermanent-loss risk.
- Right now capital is concentrated in a single strategy; more may be added later via governance.
- Exits can be queued if the AMM lacks free liquidity, with a documented escape hatch if a batch is not processed within 3 days.
Full breakdown:
https://docs.everstrat.xyz/risk-and-trust/key-risksTry it (mainnet)1. You need an invite: a small batch is handed out in this thread. Codes are sent privately, never posted in the open.
2. Open
app.everstrat.xyz, connect a wallet, sign the invite message.
3. Deposit ETH to mint EVE through the bonding curve.
4. Exit any time: burn EVE or queue a redemption. Exits are never gated.
Feedback from users, especially anything that breaks or confuses you in the app, is genuinely more valuable to us than hype.
