Does anyone have any idea how much this farm might have been making per week with these accounts?

If we imagine that a person knows what to write about and where to write, using short breaks between posts and changing accounts daily, the total will adds up to quite a nice sum. Someone doesn't write on Wednesdays because at that time they're writing from two or three other accounts. If we add the exchange of merits , then in this local section there might be five people with dozen of alt accounts.🧐
Everyone will agree that where there's a financial interest and the opportunity to increase it, few will resists the chance to boost their profits. I'm rather lazy to even register a second account, but those who really need it will certainly take advantage of such an opportunity. After all, this "job" isn't comparable to physical labor in the dirt and somewhere on the street.

edit:As an option, we can check the most active users in this section for posting intervals... this will be the very first and simplest step to estimate the likelihood of the number of accounts.

That was an interesting topic to read… It is probably much easier to detect multiple accounts now since AI agents can scan the forum directly or write apps which does this. It is not (or wasn’t) hard to game the system using multiple accounts unless someone came up with an app that scans the forum and finds accounts that have the same, similar posting habits, using the same deposit address, merit history, even the acc wake times… People used to do the alt acc hunting manually by reading the forum and connecting the dots. Now everything happens on auto. You can give a task to an agent to watch and scan the forum and match patterns on real time and then create reports based on that. Shiiii

The small forum is getting smaller and smaller. Maybe there are no more than 50 genuine accounts making posts lately.

When The most interesting to read parts of the forum become reputation and meta, it tells me only one thing.

This forum is...

If you dig deep enough and are persistent in what you do, there is no doubt that you will find things like this. I have written this several times in the past years, but in case someone decides that it is time to seriously deal with alt farms, I think that at least a third of all active accounts would be banned - of course when I say seriously I mean checking IP logs because most of those who "work" on the forum do so without hiding their IP address.

Having alt accounts isn't the problem, and if someone can manage whole farm of alts without cheating I don't know why any of us would care.  Only admins have access to IP logs, and there's no forum restriction on having alts.  Are you suggesting that policy change, and have staff track down and ban alt accounts?
Staff isn't going to do that no matter if we wanted them to or not. They have held the same stance the whole time I have been a member here and that is basically they are not getting involved in scams and shit. They stay neutral and let DT handle the issues.

I was shocked when theymos outed sapta aka bitrent.

I was shocked when theymos outed sapta aka bitrent.

That didn't shock me.  theymos wasn't exactly scam hunting, which I think is his main objection.  That would dedicate a lot of time the admin and mods don't have.  He stumbled across corruption within his own ranks, and that's a completely different thing than "not moderating scams."

ILuckyGuyI appears to have been involved in multiple cases of multi-account abuse in the past, and the evidence below represents one such case.

Given his past conduct, it would not be surprising if he still controls multiple undisclosed accounts and continues to engage in multi-account abuse on this forum.

Does anyone have any idea how much this farm might have been making per week with these accounts?

Depends on the number of accounts but on average $70 per account per week, so if it's a big farm it could be thousands per week. If this guy is found to be a cheater it would be a shame due to the positive tags on the account, but those won't be there long if this is the case.

Could 1kodumtek7 also be another account from this farm?
That account has a history of wake up at the same time.

I also saw the unusual Merit distribution history with @emrecemsam
https://bpip.org/smerit.aspx?from=emrecemsan&to=1kodumtek7

There are also transactions linking @1kodumtek7 with @deepocean.

There may be more accounts that can be found by tracing the history of Merit transactions and wake-up times that are nearly similar.

Have a good night everyone. I hope that the statement I'm going to make would be satisfying for you and I can manage to clear myself. I want to tell about myself a little. I live in Turkey. I'm 30 years old and because of the job I want to do I mustn't even be given a traffic ticket.

First of all, I guess the best thing to do is to explain my relation to these accounts. It is correct that I met LuckyGuy before (I said he was my friend when I was asked before). As I needed money in the last year of my university and during pandemic period, I decided to come back to the forum. However there was a big problem for me. My English was horrible. Therefore I was getting help from LuckyGuy while making English posts. If you ask me why I wasn't using translate, Google Translate wasn't really working well for Turkish-English. As my campaign manager removed me from the signature campaign due to making low quality posts on the forum, I wanted to do the best thing.

Here LuckyGuy was helping me about the translations. As he wasn't available on Wednesdays I wasn't also making posts on that day. When I said my English was horrible in the Telegram group consisting of forum members nearly 3 weeks ago, everyone supported me about it unlike my expectation. There were even ones who recommended me some series and movies. Therefore I decided to make posts on Wednesdays by myself too (The reason why I made posts on the last 2 Wednesdays is this, not that I have spider senses + still I need to confess that I got some small help).

I mentioned in my first sentence that I live in Turkey and I mustn't even be given a traffic ticket to be accepted into the job I dream of. However I have a bad habit. I'm a gambler. It is a crime to make bets on foreign websites in Turkey.  Also cryptocurrencies aren't approved so much in Turkey. If you want to work in the public sector it is a big obstacle when you have this kind of things in your account activities. Moreover I wanted credible forum members to escrow the money of the F1 pool I managed in the last 2 years as I didn't trust myself due to being a gambler.

Maybe some of you will ask me like "Let's say we ignored the posts on Wednesdays. But what will you say about the account activities?".

Because of this I always avoided withdrawing the money I earned from the signature/bounty or the money I won from gambling to my own local exchange account. In the first time I didn't abide by this rule I got an e-mail about my account being restricted in the exchange I used. It was the worst day of my life. Thankfully we handled it in some way.

My friend who was preparing my posts was sometimes handling my Bitcoin deposit/withdrawal transactions for me at the same time. But I didn't do these things only with him. I made some bets from the accounts of a few people I met on the forum about whom you can be sure they aren't Turkish and obviously not me (I said I had a request like this in a Telegram group consisting of forum gambling members).

I didn't need to withdraw money too as I lost most of the time. Sad

As "It is my friend" defense is a claim which is hard to be refuted, I'm aware that nearly all of the farmers use it quite often. Therefore I'm going to show some of the images I have to prove that I'm a different individual from these accounts. Maybe it might not be enough for you when you look at these one by one. But I hope you believe me when you put all the pieces together.

1) We sent PMs to each other with Lucky Guy a few times on the forum in 2024-2025. (He was interested in the F1 pool I managed most of the time. Still I think it is nonsense to send txid and say hello to myself. Besides there is a message in which he asks me a question apart from txid.)

2) 2) In the BSFL league that me and LuckyGuy both have joined, he forgot about submitting predictions once this season. But I didn't on that week. And on the week that I forgot about submitting my predictions he didn't.

3) The image which shows that he is helping me with the translations for my posts:

4) The restriction e-mail I got from the Turkish exchange in my story (MASAK = financial crimes investigation board)

I don't understand how any of that would explain this:

CLS63 woke up on 8/30/2020 5:21:23 PM
Distraction woke up on 8/30/2020 10:41:55 PM
Spack17 woke up on 8/29/2020 8:22:23 AM
emrecemsam woke up on 8/30/2020 5:17:30 PM
jakdanyel woke up on 8/31/2020 6:26:53 AM

deepocean and jakdanyel also have similar wake up times in 2025.

deepocean 10/18/2025 10:41:04 AM
jakdanyel 10/16/2025 10:46:53 AM

emrecemsam wakes up 5 minutes before you, but you want us to believe that its not you, its coincidentally ILuckyGuyI waking up other accounts in his farm. also coincidentally all 3 accounts can be tied to deepocean on the blockchain. Sorry but I'm extremely skeptical about your story. Whether its one person operating 3 accounts or 2 people operating 6 accounts, you've undoubtedly been colluding with other accounts in contests for years.

ILuckyGuyI and CLS63 participated in 40 contests together this year alone. Its safe to say he's cheated hundreds of contests over the years.

Could 1kodumtek7 also be another account from this farm?

They were also funded by belhanda, who is tagged for being part of deepocean’s farm.

1kodumtek7 along with ILuckyGuyI, Distraction, emrecemsam, and Spack17 participated in the 777Coin signature campaign together at the same time.

1kodumtek7 along with ILuckyGuyI, Distraction, emrecemsam, and Spack17 participated in the 777Coin signature campaign together at the same time.

It seems like you are really working on that part of the locality, as I said earlier here that the local part is a wetland to uncover cheating.
Why do I say that part is a wetland, because I myself have worked on a similar thread in my own local section, and I found many accounts that are connected.

Here is evidence that the thread can be used as merit farming land by account farms.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5156376.msg66996159#msg66996159

As for the connected accounts, you have proven it yourself, and the names also match the names in the image above.

Who helped you write this post?

Can you specify the exact time period during which @LuckyGuy was "posting or translating your words"?

So far
Code:
~CLS63

I may add a neutral or negative trust based on your reply and whether you were involved in a signature campaign during that period.

This is a snapshot of the posts made daily over the course of a year. You could say that any image could be applied to any of these users.

Perhaps this doesn't show anything more than the heat map already shows. But to understand the point I'm trying to make, note the example from other users:

Can you tell the difference?

Finally, they might say that alternate accounts are allowed. Yes, they are. But supposedly, they are so that some people can say things they don't want associated with their main account.

But to do that, you don't need 3 or 4 accounts, nor are you supposed to use that to take advantage of the economic benefits that the forum can provide.

It's regrettable who does that.
In the end, I hope we're all wrong about these accounts. But unfortunately, at the moment the picture is quite clear...

Im with you, they are RoBOTs.

As I mentioned here before, I still strongly think that some farms are using an automated bot-system. I couldnt prove it beyond doubt yet and havent found a 100% reliable method to test it, but what you found looks like very strong proof of automation. Really good job!  Smiley

This were my thoughts to this topic in another thread:

[...]
Funfact: When looking closely at some of the posts, a lot of them seem to be AI-generated (i think AI-Detector will not say so) because they contain nonsense or generic filler content.
Because of this, I could bet that there is a bot in use, using AI to control these accounts automatically or letting a human post automatically at the click of a button.
I think of this, bc a frequent pattern stands out - an account really often quotes a post and replies with a short 3-line response. I noticed this across a few accounts, which suggests an automated process where AI generates replies to quoted content. YES, this is just my theory, but it seems possible.

Probably. If the responses are short enough, they don't meet the minimum text length that AI checkers usually require. Not to mention that they might be using humanization tools.

It's clear that if someone manages to automate a system that lets them post using dozens of monetized accounts, they'll have made a fortune. But the key question here would be, how do those accounts manage rank up?

It looks like they're only posting to meet their campaign quota. Even ChartBuddy shows more variation in the last 8 months:

I’m new to the forum, but I can already tell you that this guy made quite a good amount of money here by cheating and abusing the system. It’s honestly very disgraceful.

the minimumwage in Turkey  is around:

Net: $582/month
Gross: $684/month

This person has at least 5 alt accounts, so imagine how much money they could make in a month. You can see why this is a lot of money in Turkey. I’m saying this as someone who is half Turkish.

He/she took advantage of the system for their own benefit while taking opportunities away from other people, which is not fair.

They only cared about making money, so they kept posting just to qualify for campaigns. They didn’t really care about contributing to the forum or being part of the community, and they didn’t seem to feel bad about taking other people’s spots either.

In my opinion, that kind of behaviour is unfair and And they should be punished/banned for it.

Edit: I felt quite bad after reading the other posts about CLS63 being a really nice and genuine person. So maybe in his case, he is actually telling the truth. He might really only be getting help from the other account on wednesdays, like he said, with translations and stuff. I hope the truth comes out soon.

Have a good night everyone. I hope that the statement I'm going to make would be satisfying for you and I can manage to clear myself. I want to tell about myself a little. I live in Turkey. I'm 30 years old and because of the job I want to do I mustn't even be given a traffic ticket.
~snip~

This is called saving what is most valuable - in your case, an account that is worth exactly $400 every month. Your story is not at all original, we have read much more incredible things about friends and relatives who use joint accounts. Considering that the investigation is still going on and that more garbage will come to the surface, I invite the other named members to write something in their defense, because this will surely contribute to solving your situation much faster and more efficiently.

Something for investigators - I noticed in the feedbacks that some members met @CLS63 in person, so it would be interesting to check what happened to the activity of his and other possibly related accounts at that time. Of course, the time of the feedback doesn't mean it happened that day - maybe members @LFC_Bitcoin, @Fortify and @cryptofrka can/want to provide more information.

This caught me off guard a bit, I need to check the case properly but it's the worst possible time for me - IRL stuff is kicking my ass hard. I will find a bit of time for this though - it is important for the transparency of the competitions Trofo and myself are running and also for the gambling 'bubble' we've been advocating for.
Not sure I can provide the exact dates of the meetups but I can try searching for it if it is important for the case.

Regarding CLS63, I cannot guarantee much. What I can say is that I can connect a face to an account, and that the guy really seems decent. We met 2-3 times, on different events organized by Sportsbet, and what is true is that he's extremely shy to speak English. Even stuff like 'Hey man how's breakfast' will lead to an awkward silence and then a semi-decent attempt at making a conversation in which you can tell that it's embarrassing for him. 5+ legit accounts can confirm this.

The story about needing a guy to translate stuff for him is truly bizarre, I knew nothing about that but what I can tell you is that he writes much less like a robot in our TG group than on the forum. So if he proves to be innocent, I'd advise him to use his 'broken' English rather than do this shit what he's apparently been doing - his forum posts do seem like they are done by a robot.

_________________________

I for one don't mind people using sig campaigns as a job. It's social media frenzy everywhere around us, not sure why it gets people on BTT upset. The fact that he writes exactly 3 posts per day at exactly the same time or whatever really does not bother me, and if that's his only sin I assume we'll let him participate in our competitions in the future as well.

If you ask me about his connections with Spack17 or IluckyGuyI - not sure what I can say there. I don't do these analyses much, I just know that account CLS63 is fairly active in all competitions we're running whereas the other 2 are not. CLS63 knows where the best ROI in gambling competitions can be found and I didn't see the other 2 members acting in the same way.

_________________________

I'll let this investigation unfold and then properly read through it when I have more time. Currently it does smell a bit fishy, I truly hope it's nothing serious. Holding my judgement for now, tag me or drop me a DM if I can provide any info that might be helpful in solving this.
