CLS63 is one of the nicest blokes you will meet. He actually bought my infant daughter a present and presented it to me at one of our meets in Tallinn, Estonia.

He is very shy and his English isn’t the best but honestly he is a really good guy with a kind heart.

I don't understand the guy above me is joking or telling a real story

I was shocked when theymos outed sapta aka bitrent.

That didn't shock me.  theymos wasn't exactly scam hunting, which I think is his main objection.  That would dedicate a lot of time the admin and mods don't have.  He stumbled across corruption within his own ranks, and that's a completely different thing than "not moderating scams."
It is called treason. No one likes that.

@OP, can't you ask admins to give you their logs (a bit hard I know), confirm the link between them or grant you access to this since you are part of the staff? What you mentioned is interesting in the OP but the more the web gets bigger the more the risk of collateral damage increases.

Something for investigators - I noticed in the feedbacks that some members met @CLS63 in person, so it would be interesting to check what happened to the activity of his and other possibly related accounts at that time. Of course, the time of the feedback doesn't mean it happened that day - maybe members @LFC_Bitcoin, @Fortify and @cryptofrka can/want to provide more information.

I have to say out of all the evidence the account wake up times does look the most intriguing and is hard to explain away. The gap between CLS's and the other accounts posting is the only thread that is looser than the others. As for meeting him in person, like others have said he was nice and enjoyed spending time with him even though he only knew a little English - he was happy and bubbly. I agree with what LFC_bitcoin says. Have kept in touch since and he has been entertaining in the chats we've had, but there was no indication anything like this was going on. It's a very difficult position to be in, because that trust was given in a different era and it may be hard to keep unless additional evidence comes out to disprove what's already been presented. Alt accounts are allowed, but it seems to be the case that these accounts have entered competitions together which is an unfair advantage that should not be ignored. I will continue to stay in contact with him because you cannot just drop friends who you've known for years, but may have to remove or adjust that trust rating to neutral to maintain the integrity of the trust system.

ILuckyGuyI and CLS63 participated in 40 contests together this year alone. Its safe to say he's cheated hundreds of contests over the years.
Did you actually try to look for the connections inside those contests? I don't know about ILuckyGuy from the top of my head but cls63 was a part of BSFL from season 1, that means there is about 5 years of data publicly available to sift trough.

I already offered in the past that I can help if you or anyone else needs more info to sort gambling problems, nobody ever contacted me. I don't have time or will to actually look for all those connections by myself, but can point willing parties in "right directions". I always had big respect towards those of you battling spam on the forum since it feels like very unrewarding thing to do. On the other hand I would like for justice hammer to actually strike true. For instance we have a timestamp of every single submission over all those years. They could add to the "Wednesday" theory or take away from it.

I am not trying to defend other profiles, know nothing about those guys personally but as others said we met with cls63 in real life. He was one of the kindest individuals in the space that I have met and definitely contributed a lot to the gambling board in the past. Hell, he is the one that keeps logs about all the side bets we are making every season. He also always paid his dues on time and without any hassle. Before all this happened I would actually rate him as one of top 10 guys in whole gambling. Definitely not writing wise (post quality) but as a an actual person behind the profile.

I find it extremely hard to believe that he would be capable of keeping something like this secret from all of us over such long period of time. People forget themselves and contact you from wrong profiles. Ask stuff they shouldn't know and other small things like that. Happens to me quite often with all the stuff I am doing on forum and telegram and I believe I would get an inkling of wrongdoing sooner or later.

First thing he has done in our group when this thing stared was an offer to nullify all the side bets he currently has going. Just not the way scammers usually operate. I had no problem leaving our side bet stand.

On the other hand I am maybe a bit too trustworthy and recent incident with Slissy costed me enough money. I never met that guy in person but I also had quite high opinion about him  Grin But still, I will always advocate, innocent until proven guilty approach.

I get that people who met him in person have nice things to say about him, but objectively speaking, someone being nice or shy says nothing about their potential criminal energy to fuel a gambling addiction.
He says himself that he has a severe gambling addiction, doesnt trust himself and could potentially misappropriate other peoples funds!

Just to put this out there while following this discussion, it is obviously again a huge coincidence, but kind of suspicious that accounts suspected or proven to be part of a multi-account farm, are applying to be merit sources...

CLS63, as I already said in another thread, I really hope the allegations against you turn out to be wrong, but can you please tell us about the transactions in which you and Spack17 sent funds to the same deposit address?
You and Spack17 are both participating in BSFL.

CLS63 also shared deposit address 0x56D0292cD7B968132208dE428eE526De792A9A85 with Spack17.

Still I think it is nonsense to send txid and say hello to myself. Besides there is a message in which he asks me a question apart from txid.)

For the sake of argument, let's assume that your explanation is accurate and made in good faith. Even then, there are several points that remain unexplained.

You have not addressed FinneysTrueVision's statement. How do you reconcile your explanation with the information he provided?

If ILuckyGuyI previously exchanged messages with you and sent you a TXID related to the contest, who exactly is Distraction, and what is the nature of your relationship with that account?
How do you explain the transactions involving the same receiving address used by Distraction?
In addition, why are there transactions linked to the same address used by Spack17?
Can you clarify the ownership of the following wallet address? 3MJxYs14wZLaM79pa9Qn6EJT4YEY4MWjs2

I'll let this investigation unfold and then properly read through it when I have more time.

The investigation is over as far as I'm concerned.

The gap between CLS's and the other accounts posting is the only thread that is looser than the others.

No, it is not. It is exactly where it should be in a list of open tabs on a browser (the last one).

Did you actually try to look for the connections inside those contests? I don't know about ILuckyGuy from the top of my head but cls63 was a part of BSFL from season 1, that means there is about 5 years of data publicly available to sift trough.

What does that even mean? You're seriously going to let this guy continue to participate in your contests either way? How could you go for so many years and never have a clue you were being taken advantage of. Its extreme negligence at best.
