OP, did you read the terms of service before depositing? Did you lookout for minimum deposit before depositing? even exchange have such existing policy of minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal which is, when you want to deposit, you must deposit above the minimum deposit so you can use your assets or funds for other activities likewise withdrawal as well.
It will take grace for the casino to refund you back that money you have deposited which is likely below the minimum deposit so I can say that it is automatically gone and no two ways about it.
Please do well to mention the name of the casino so that the community can intercede on your behalf or better still avoid such casino for the time being.

Exactly what I what I had in mind you just spilled. It's sad that had to happen to him. Not sure he knew until he did what he did. A lot of people tend to neglect the terms and conditions of a casino until they finally encounter an issue; that is when they would run to the terms and conditions and see that they have gone against it meanwhile they could have avoided the issue if they had just read it the first time.

What can be done for the funds to be reversed? Can the funds be top up to complete the minimum deposit or Is the funds deposited lost? Or will it be reserved?

The customer's support of that casino which you said you consulted are in better position to answer that question, I have not personally experienced this mistake with casino before but I have made the mistake on centralized exchange. What happened was that I sent Bitcoin that was below the minimum deposit amount and I didn't get the money back. I didn't even bother to contact support tho, I just counted it as a mistake that I don't need to stress on getting it back. This deposit you are talking about could probably be less than $5 or within that range because casino's minimum deposit is not usually so high.

So, I suggest you contact them again and ask how you can get the money back or if you can top it up.
