What were the options given to you by the casino representative when you contacted them? You might also check the terms of service if this issue is covered by that document. I don't think you have lost your money unless it is the casino's policy. Refunding the money could attract fees. Sending an additional amount that will make the total sum reach or exceed the minimum deposit should be the ideal solution.

You have to read their terms of service if they state that when you send below the minimum deposit amount that it will be lost and not refunded but if there is no such rule in their TOS then you will have to contact their support and complain your experience. Didn't you check to know their minimum deposit before making payments? this is just similar to what happens in exchanges when you send below the minimum deposit amount. How little was the deposit you made because i know that the minimum deposit of most casinos are extremely low since they want most people to come and gamble with their casino, have you tried reaching out to their customer care to find out likely steps to use and recover your money? Why you need to reach out to the care service of that particular casino is because different casinos have different policies, you can also go through their terms and conditions too as already stated previously, hope you are in a country with strong network service because some fluctuations in making deposits could be due to poor network whereby the service provider is not able to link the deposit through the proper deposit channels due to network fluctuations, in some cases the money might not be in the custody of the casino it could be trapped due to network fluctuations. Based on what support told you, it looks like you’ve lost that money. Also, I’d like to echo ArabBTC’s question. How much money are we talking about? Usually, the minimum is a very small amount, and if you sent less than that, just think of it as if you dropped some coins from your pocket while walking down the street and couldn’t get them back.

The other option would be to contact support again in a constructive manner, as Pearl_20 suggests, to see if you can top it up. But if they say no, there's nothing you can do.

Casinos usually use third parties that process payments, these 3rd parties have their own policies which the casinos adopt. They will not escalate an issue to their third parties because a user mistakenly sent less than $10, even very honest and reputable casinos.

It is necessary to read the rules of each casino carefully while using it. In most cases, we find that when we start gambling in a new casino, we do not read the rules of that casino, due to which we face many problems. If you had read the rules before using the casino, you would not have faced such problems.

Is this the only thing that was mentioned in the complaint you made? Did they not tell you how you can get your money back or did they not tell you that you will never get your money? If they did not tell you anything, then you can read their rules, it must have written what procedures a person has to take. Surely, we can't just guess how the casino would decide your case. Since you already communicated with their customer service, didn't you ask him/her the same question? Did you not ask him/her whether it's possible to have it credited to your balance, and if it is what you need to do?

Even if you have deposited a minimum amount of the casino the the funds is supposed to have reflected to your account as long the transaction went successful. In most cases, the system won't process the transaction because it did not reach it minimum.
Successful transactions can not also be reversed instead, you proceeds to do withdraw but another problem there is if will the amount be enough for withdrawal? Because there is still going to be withdrawal limit.

If you get stuck like that what you should do is to make more deposit that should qualify you to meet up the minimum requirements.

Just recently I had a similar situation. I sent an amount on the address provided by the site as my deposit address, and although I saw that the transaction was completed, my balance was still zero. Aftyer a prolonged conversation with the support, which I think was just an AI bot, I got nothing, but then after several days of speaking to real people, about which I specifically asked the bot, I got my money back. I think this is just the best thing he should do for them to let him know his fate in the situation. Probably he maybe lucky to get back his funds but I doubt if casinos easily pay out refunds after deposit. But what was he even thinking at the first place, wasn't he supposed to check all of their terms of service before proceeding in making any deposit and all of that? But if you are lucky enough you can message the support and try to get in touch with a real person not a bot to help you with suggestions on what to do and how to get back your money. Gambling sites are centralized. If the customer care said the coin can not be refunded, that means you have lost the coin. But it is not bad to contact the gambling site again and go straight to the point, and tell them that you need the money. You already did the only thing, that is to contact the support and they told you that the deposit amount was lesser than the minimum required so possibly you can't do anything further at this point. Consider it as lost forever and take it as a lesson to never repeat the same mistake ever while depositing funds on any centralized platform.

Casino has different terms when it comes to minimum deposit. Some casino allowed top-up balance before they credit while others doesn’t at all those dust transactions which means it considered as loss.

But I don’t thing such money can be reversed or if you top up lesser amount that the money will be credited because those are different transactions and it will be treated differently. If you send another amount that’s less their minimum deposit you might as well lose that one, so when topping up, send what is or higher than the minimum deposit to be safe. What we can give you here are mare opinions and nothing concrete. Follow up the customer care and get the right answer you want. You should be very careful next time and pay close attention to every little details.

Instead of asking here on the forum, don't you think it would have been better to ask to the customer support directly ?
Logically thinking, the website should refund the money back to the user in case it doesn't qualify to their deposit terms.
I won't make any sense for the site to keep that amount for themselves, so better ask the customer support to refund the money instead.

I'm sorry but it looks like you might have lost your initial deposit. You didn't mentioned the casino so we don't know what is their terms in this case. And most of them have little or just bare minimum deposit?

So the only one that can help you out is the casino themselves. If they have a ANN thread here then that could be the best course of action so that they can see it and make some action and we can only hope that you will be given another chance to deposit to that address as top up so you can play.

There is nothing that anyone on here can do about this, the only people that can solve it is still the casino team, you need to make them help you out, if they have a x account you might raise an alarm over there, something I've done in the past, if they care about their reputation they will stop you from continuous posting on x, so they will fix your problem, I believe that you have learnt something from all these, next time be very careful before making deposits, I always check the minimum deposits on any crypto exchanges and casinos too, let this be your something to always watch out for.
