I don't think you'd pay $10 for a simple sign-up if it were that easy; you can ask your friends to do it for you? There's a catch that you are not telling us, like doing a KYC or a task; you have to be transparent.
If you have 10 people willing to sign up, that's $100 out of your pocket; you're not throwing $100 for a simple task like sign up, I doub that.

That might be his intention to scam innocent people, but I didn’t see where the OP saying or requires access to that account. Probably he is joining their affiliate program [1] and he needs signups to get paid, that’s also a bad thing and against their program’s rules because it’s a cheating method, if you sign up for money it will not count as an affiliate. However, the OP should explain everything and it comes to the participants to judge wether it’s a normal thing or it will hurt someone which means you shouldn’t accept doing it even for more money.

And specifically for women, with this kind of condition I guess that being flagged after the selfie would happen mostly for all so, it will end up with a kyc.

If you're willing to do kyc for $10 and use that face of yours for simple selfie as he said, think of what can potentially happen next when those info is on the hands of that platform already.

You get the $10 but your info can float already and change hands whatever happens to the website.
