a skilled non-westerner is much more likely to accept a low salary for his sector standards as a hopeful long term immigrant than any permanent resident who has many more options to pick and choose from without having to worry about an expiring visa between jobs.

For the skilled non-westerner, the salary that you call low being offered to them is usually a better offer than what they are getting in their own country, so it becomes acceptable that they are taking these jobs, and because they are non-westerners does not make them less qualified for the role than people in the west. To these corporations they are getting same skilled labor at a cheaper price, a win win for both parties, which I don't see as bad.

I don't think any corporation will intentionally employ any worker who is not properly qualified for a skilled position, that can affect their productivity.

They know that immigrants can't demand for pay rise , or else they will be sent back to their country. Big corps love cheap labour, in order for them to get all the cash flowing or generate higher revenue into the their company . We have seen waves of illegal immigrants into Europe, even the Politicians and  big personnel's are always speak against it in the public, but they still open the back door for them to enter. They know that illegal immigrants would do high demanding jobs for small wages because they want to survive. This creates a vulnerable workforce that employers can easily take advantage of. I thought Trump want to build is tall border to prevent illegal immigrants from the south, I guess the Iranian has shifted his attention. This makes a lot of sense to me because if I have a job opportunity abroad or in a Western country where wages are much higher than my own country, of course I will go there if I have great opportunities and good job security, whether it is in agriculture, agriculture or other fields that are capable enough to be able to do a job, even though I have a lower standard of pay due to visa cuts and other company policies but compared to my area it is much better if it is nominal.

How interesting the labour market looks in some western countries, their citizens don't want to do this jobs because they are underpaid. I don't think anyone should be blame as far as the west is concerned, it's how the system is designed. People migrate to other countries as long as they see opportunities in there, not just the US, most part of west are filled with immigrants and not only for jobs, some are want a better livelyhood. They have good wages in were they live but probably does not have good security, some don't have good education, there are many more . In most of the things that I have mentioned, they contribute to why people migrate to other countries and I can tell you for a fact that they take advantages of people.

It's seems that this your new theory that you are trying to sell is one that you have used time and maybe resources to find out. Because it actually strange to me for anyone to actually go this way. That these big corporations which has always been mass employer of labour using cheap or lower wages. I don't perfectly agree with this your theory OP because the reason is simple the reason why we see people move from one place to the other has been purely economic and secondly for safety when an individual feel unsafe in his country of origin.

And so putting the blame on these big corporations, which are there for the purpose of profit generation will be injustice to these big corporations and I don't agree with you. Most people migrate to these western countries because they feel that there are always better working opportunities that awaits them when they finally arrive, and has nothing to do with big cooperation and the amount of money that they pay as wage.

The building of the smart wall between the US and Mexico border is still ongoing.  Congress approved  $46.5 billion for the Trump administration to add new steel bollards, vehicle restrictions, and the installation of detection tools on the wall. The Iran war didn't distract the US president, as work is still ongoing.

Taking advantage of illegal immigrants is evil. No employer should exploit an immigrant because they don't have the right papers to reside or work in a particular country. I would boycott the services or products of companies who expliot immigrants. Countries should make legal immigration easier to reduce the high rate of illegal entry of immigrants.

In immigration, corporations play very important role, especially when recruiters try to recruit foreign workers to fill labour shortage or in order to reduce their hiring cost. But entire blame cannot be put on the corporation. It is responsibility of the government which determines the Visa and immigration system, to decide who can enter in their country and get job under what circumstances and condition.
Most of the time, immigrants came not in order to want cheaper labour but because they came for the better opportunities to grow financially, for better wages, better education,  safety and better future for themselves and for their own family. In certain cases, both sides get full benefits from this . But the problem and issue arise when the businesses started using these immigrants workers as an advantage they hire them at lower wages or on tough working conditions. Immigrants can give advantage to the economy but it should be managed in such a way that both businesses and workers get benefit from it.
