The verdict says that this was a failed self-exclusion. It is marked as unresolved because Bitz refused to respond, but I think it’s clear that their self exclusion process was a total sham and not what you would expect from a reputable casino.

I would also like to add that prior to my complaint on Casino Guru, the Responsible Gambling section was completely missing from the site. This means that players had no opportunity to review the policy, let alone access self-exclusion or deposit limit tools. BITZ intentionally misled the mediators by adding this policy retroactively and using it as a cover for their actions.

If this is true, then it is safe to say that they do not take responsible gambling very seriously and that's a flaw in the casino. While they are a good platform in my opinion--they have been in the community for a while now, with what you can call a good reputation--they must do better when it comes to their responsible gambling policy.

If i were them, i'd just pay this user and implement stricter measures for self-exclusion going forward.

They could at least return my deposit, considering that in my complaint to Casino Guru, I pointed out errors they had made—errors they then rushed to fix!))) In reality, though, they’re acting very unprofessionally. I asked their representative to take a look at this thread and, if possible, provide some comments, but they didn’t do so.

I fought Bitz Casino aggressively for several months on multiple fronts before securing a refund of a substantial portion of my deposits (https://casino.guru/complaints/bitz-casino-player-s-account-has-not-been-self-excluded).  My unresolved complaint drove their Safety Index down to approximately 3.0, resulting in an “Unsafe” designation. Unfortunately, Bitz now appears content to tolerate its current 6.2 “Below Average” rating rather than meaningfully address legitimate player grievances involving breaches of responsible gambling obligations. This suggests the casino considers reputational damage an acceptable cost of avoiding accountability.

You are absolutely right; Bitz has ignored my complaints on CasinoMeister, CasinoGuru, and Trustpilot. It’s particularly strange that they refuse to provide information about their ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider—though I wouldn’t be surprised if they haven’t even entered into an agreement with one.

Sadly, that seems to be the case. I'm not an insider in this casino or any other for that matter, but i am thinking, they could be ignoring certain grievances and wouldn't worry too much about their rating in ADR providers, if they are still getting as many customers as they think they would normally get. And the OP's case is "easier" for them to ignore, as he may not get sympathy from a lot of people and they wouldn't consider it a flat-out scam.
