Welcome. Days after your signature campaign announced, eventually your team are here in this forum with an official announcement thread. I visit your X account with a given link in OP and see two latest posts that are interesting. 🔥 HOT TAKE about bonuses. Bonuses are almost NEVER +EV for players. FREE sounds great until you see the 40x wagering, the $5 max cashout, the "bonus expires in 7 days," etc. And the 100% provably fair with Power.win. "Just trust us" - every casino, probably. 🙄 We'd rather you verify. The house doesn't need to cheat when the game's already in its favour. We just don't hide it. 🎲 Let's say with Provably fair, it's either actually provably fair or not provably fair, there is nothing like 50% provably fair.

Great-looking announcement thread. Looks like you guys came in prepared. While I would love to try out this new crypto-casino, unfortunately, the Philippine government doesn't want us near your platform. Any chance you guys could work it out with our government and maybe have an official license here? I know this might be a long shot, but it's worth mentioning. P.S. Just ignore the personal message I've sent; I thought you guys didn't have a campaign manager yet, but it turns out, Hhampuz is already on board; you guys are in good hands.

Welcome to the forum! Your thread has a very nice design. I see you researched the forum before creating it, and your casino also has a very nice thread. So I researched the license and saw that it's issued by the Costa Rican government, which made me curious. source: https://power.win/It displays the Canadian flag and says your casino has a Canadian license, but there's no link proving your casino is licensed in Canada. Did you forget to include the link to the Canadian license? Could you provide the link that proves your casino is licensed in Canada? Because all I saw was a Costa Rican license. Another point I found strange, but I've seen it in other new casinos, is the following: 11. Dormant Accounts
An inactive (dormant) account is an account that a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your account is deemed to be inactive, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of $10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.
source: https://power.win/termsWhen I read about that $10 per month fee, I wondered how many people will end up with very high debts to your casino. If they don't use the casino for a year and then start being charged a $10 administrative fee each month, and a year passes, then they'll have a debt of $120 with your casino. So how will your casino collect from these people if they don't have funds in their account? Will your casino file a scam accusation against these people here on the forum? That would be the first time that has happened on this forum.

Why would you bother mislead with "no kyc" advertising, when you are asking KYC for the same reasons that any casinos are. And when you check what's this "no kyc" policy from the ToS, there's no such thing mentioned. You are only downplaying it by saying "sometimes", which is the policy of every casino out there. They are asking it when they are legally required to do so. Saying No KYC right at the title just gives a signal that you are being dishonest. So good luck with that start.

Just curious, what internet provider are you using? I'm using Globe fibr and I can access the website, it looks like there are still some internet providers in the country that are not blocking unregulated websites. It displays the Canadian flag and says your casino has a Canadian license, but there's no link proving your casino is licensed in Canada. Did you forget to include the link to the Canadian license? Could you provide the link that proves your casino is licensed in Canada? Because all I saw was a Costa Rican license. Another point I found strange, but I've seen it in other new casinos, is the following:
When you click the license icon next to the Canadian flag, it redirects you to a Tobique Gaming Commission license validation, and apparently, after searching for a bit, Tobique Gaming Commission is a First Nation license provider located in Canada.

I first saw you in the service section when Hhampuz launched your signature campaign and from the avatar and the signature design, I already fell in love with your power combination and a lot of things about you. I was thinking yiu already had a thread like this which serve as he official thread of your casino but seeing this one confirms you don't. To make this better, you can get copper membership so that you can post those fine graphics and also add more details to this announcememt thread to make it more professional and emticing to people.

I guess I wasnt drunk when I cant find the ANN thread for power win few days ago 11.
This is really weird tbh, why would a dormant account be charged. First time to actually see this kind of terms on a gambling site
I just wanna point out the poker room part because nowadays most sites dont bother to have their own poker room anymore Lots of freerolls with tons of freerolls hunter obviously but its a good way for people to try out the poker room As for the cash games, its quite packed as well The actual tournament frequency is leaning towards medium ranges of buy-in ( atleast $10 ) with decent prizepool. I will probably try some tournaments over the weekend to test out the field

That would be the first time that has happened on this forum. Your comment above just made me laugh, lolz. Because while I was reading the replies made on this thread, I just stumbled on the "Dormant Account Policy" of this crypto casino, which actually sounds weird. Because this is actually the first crypto casino that I have seen since I started gambling to enforce a compulsory fee on users who create accounts on its casino and probably stopped using it. Because this policy can definitely scare some people away from registering at this casino, since they might be scared of being sued by the casino for abandoning their accounts. So i think POWER.WIN do actually need to revisit that policy of theirs, because is not meant to be compulsory whereby you will have charge to pay a penalty if you don't.

Fines are imposed on users who are inactive for 12 months, this is like a banking rule that I know, wondering why there should be this rule? The user is inactive for 12 months, the default monthly payment of $10 which continues to be cumulative then the casino will not make any charges because there is nothing to lose, at least when the user is active again at the time of deposit into his account there is a possibility that the balance will be automatically deducted, that's what we think.

Welcome to the community power.win, a rather unusual domain name for a casino but the hosting is beautiful and as well very simple to navigate. Starting up with your own original games is something to commend not every casino you see these days have such. Another feature I found intriguing was the feature of chat room for gamblers, it's been a while I find this in recent casino although most of the ones I have been on don't really much spice in the chat as sometimes it's just people ranting and talking shit but nonetheless it's a good feature.

What a beautiful ANN Thread! You done everything perfectly well which shows you understand he demands of the market you are venturing into. The only area that is not too clear is your stand on KYC that is a little vague. Are you completely KYC free or you can ask for KYC when you suspect violations or abuse of your platform and bonuses? I'm asking because you included no KYC in your announcement post.

I suggest doing the DNS trick so you can try out the casino or try VPN if they're VPN friendly. Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Afghanistan, the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Yemen and Venezuela. The Company cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if the player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.

Welcome to the Power.Win platform on Bitcoin Talk. I really like this ANN platform, and I entered the website, there are many beautiful games that can be attracted to see. But the more security the gamblers get here, the more gamblers will make deposits to play games. And you definitely need to be clear about KYC, if there is a problem with the transaction, will you want the entire KYC system or will you release it without any hassle?

I'm using Globe as well. Not Fibr though, Home Prepaid. But they're the same, right? Perhaps the restrictions depend on where you are located in the country? As mentioned by acroman, I think the restriction is coming from your ISP. I also looked at their terms and didn't find Philippines as one of the restricted countries. I suggest doing the DNS trick so you can try out the casino or try VPN if they're VPN friendly. Yep, probably just a different DNS setup since we're both using the same ISP. But I just updated my setup to Google's DNS; the result is the same: restricted access. I also tried Cloudflare's DNS, and the same thing pops up. I guess the only solution now is using a VPN, which I don't really like.

Did you forget to include the link to the Canadian license? Could you provide the link that proves your casino is licensed in Canada? Because all I saw was a Costa Rican license. ~
Looks like you haven't checked the license validator link of this casino and didn't click on the license validator link. The license validator link is available there beside the flag of Canada. Power.win has registered a company in Costa Rica, but it has gaming license from 'Tobique Gaming Commission'. Which belongs to Canada. I hope you understand now why they mentioned 'licensed in Canada' on their website. You will find numerous casinos with the corporate address of Costa Rica, but have a gaming license from Anjouan. BTW, I think I had seen a casino with similar UI and background image in the past, but can't remember the name now.

Superb ANN presentation where the creature reminds me of the Roobet one and the site design is excellent too. Rakeback every bet is the standard these days which is why y'all need to improve your rewards structure to stay in the game IMO.
Proper license coupled with a proven provably fair system render y'all trustworthy and legit. Great first impressions overall!

Hey, power win! You've got an eye-catching announcement design; welcome to the gambling section. First of all, it seems your marketing team is pretty good; that would help you to expand your business. Especially about the VIP transfer and ongoing signature campaign as well. It will draw attention from the forum gamblers; the rest depends on your service.
The forum users always expect a fast withdrawal, and they don’t want to wait much longer. It seems your slogan is also typically no KYC, but the terms described it as usual. I know you may come up with some excuse, but later we may see allegations against you. So make sure you aren’t going to harass forum users for the KYC issues.

It displays the Canadian flag and says your casino has a Canadian license, but there's no link proving your casino is licensed in Canada...
Thanks for pointing this out. If you click on the logo next to the Canadian flag, the official license page opens. We have given the feedback to make the whole box clickable, including the flag itself. When I read about that $10 per month fee, I wondered how many people will end up with very high debts to your casino...
Just to clarify, the dormant account fee can never create a debt or negative balance. The fee is only deducted from funds already available in the player's account. Once the balance reaches $0, no further fee is charged. We would never pursue a player for payment as a result of this fee.

~snip~ It displays the Canadian flag and says your casino has a Canadian license, but there's no link proving your casino is licensed in Canada. Well, you beat us to the reply 😄 Spot on. Power.win is operated by a Costa Rican company and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission in Canada. The validator is accessible next to the Canadian flag on the site. At this rate we might have to add you to the support payroll 😂 Appreciate you clearing it up before we even got here.
