I agree that it's better to be open about KYC than to apply the No KYC label and leave it in the Terms in a dark place. It's best for players to know what the real policy is before they put money in or play rather than when they want to take money out. I also believe that Power.win took the criticism rightfully. The comparison with Rainbet and Duelbits isn't that accurate in your example. Rainbet and Duelbits aren't promoting themselves as NOKYC casinos since the day one lunch casino. They are also honest at the point they didn't start with hiding the KYC enforcement at the beginning to obtain as much recognition as possible before revealing the truth, which is a technique that many casinos uses at the point it become a blatant lie for every licensed casino. I think these are the few sites that I have seen that actually corrected this thing. I have interacted in a few threads, and most of them believe that as long as they are not requesting KYC by default, then they are a no-KYC casino, even if in their TOS they have a phrase there that gives them the power to request the documents anywhere they want.

Not signing up was a good decision, especially if the site lets people from restricted countries join and deposit first, then only points out the country thing after they win. But based on the terms, the restriction mentioned seems more about certain games not being available in certain countries, so it does not always mean the account gets closed or the funds get held completely.

If still not sure about using VPN or not, it is safer to just skip it completely, rather than giving the casino another reason to make withdrawals harder. Just playing normal and using a regular browser with no extra apps is also a safer way, less reasons for the casino to get suspicious.

Because it is obvious that the user of this account is a complete newbie who has little or no knowledge about how this forum works and how joining a discussion also matters there on the gambling board. Because with the consistent one line of post he is likely to be tagged a spammer. But however, I just think whoever brought him to the forum just need to educate him or her more how this place works.
