[ANN] Verify PGP signature.

I have created a simple PGP verification tool.

Unlike similar services which only verify letters of guarantee from services, this verification tool can verify any PGP signature. The user @examplens noticed this a few time ago, and I decided that a more neutral tool is needed.

Whoever uses PGP, can verify any PGP signature here now. Just enter the public key and the message, and click verify.
