I don't need to go through my betting history before I could realized how much I have lost to gambling or how much I won ,not that I'm scared either ,for a very long time I have changed my betting habit, because I saw a post concerning how much we wasted on betting and I have to check my betting history then I realized I was being addicted and have lose so much ,it really break me down ,so ever since them I changed,I gamble just twice a week ,and I have a particular amount I gamble it which I don't exceed once it's exhausted, honestly going through your betting history will change someone perception about how they gamble and it's good to creat time and check once in a while.

A long term view of the complete losses and wins may make a big difference. Indeed their is need for most gamblers to take time and review their bet history and transactions because it will show them their progress so far and keep them in know of their wins, losses, bet pattern, bet choices etc, i will focus more on this year and last year because it is when i did more of casino games, years back when i started gambling initially i gambled more with my friends at home using cards, cheese etc so there wasn’t any direct records of my wins or loses.

From my analysis between last year and this year when i actively started gambling on sports (football) mostly using casinos i discovered that am on profit because i changed my prediction pattern, what i do this days is select few games most times just a single prediction and i use high stake, my winning margin could just be half my stake or twice my stake because of the fewer games but this pattern have been making me win more often because with fewer games the possibility of loses is relatively very low, and from analysis i don’t play often, i have also been able to regulate my gambling urge.

Sometimes I can also review my gaming history, but more often I do it to control myself. Because my gaming history is a great reminder of rash situations where I hesitated or rushed and lost the bet. So it's another way to remind myself of the importance of discipline in gambling. And the longer the winning streak, the more likely it is that a loss will come.

It will probably show that it has a rich history in basketball. Most of my bets are on Olympic basketball, FIBA basketball, NBA, EuroBasket, and WNBA. Regarding the behavior of the bets, I think it will show that I am in control. I don't bet much on sports because it's just to pump up the energy to watch the game. Add more spice.
I may spend more on slots than I did on sports. There are times I can get vengeful when it comes to slot games and casino games, and that's because I don't want to end the day being a loser. Thankfully, I remove it from my system, and I minimize the number of times I play slots.

Yes, I keep sticking to my budget plan. I only play slots and sports betting in the last couple of months, but slots are the games that I play frequently. I am a small player, playing with only $10 to $20 in a sit. I play with auto spin, so there's not much information about my gameplay pattern. It's just all the same. Winning 2X from my initial bankroll is enough for me as a target. When it keeps winning over 2X, I keep playing. But when it starts decreasing to X2, that's where I stop. Recently, I got a 3 day win streak before at a new casino I joined, and on day 4 I started losing, day 5 was also the same, and that's where I stopped. I know it's time for the casino to eat me. It's also time for me to find a new casino. Yeah, I jump from one to another.

BTW, I wish all casinos had a feature showing our overall PnL, so we don't have to manually calculate withdrawals minus deposits.

I better don't watch it otherwise I would jump from the terrace of a multi story building because I would see how much I have lost over the long run. Now though I am back to copying sport bets and also here losing massively as after many many bets copied with odds 3 to 5 max I still haven't win any of those lately. I agree you that reviewing betting history can be useful but not all gamblers can control themselves. It may depend on how addicted they are to gambling. And in the case of gamblers who become more aggressive after seeing losses, if they try to review their betting history, if they see that their losses are high. Then they may panic and fix a target to recover the money from the loss. So, they may fix a budget that does not suit their financial situation. With that high budget, they may think that they will cover the losses they have made in the next one year in the next 3 months. With that pressure, when they start betting, there is a possibility of facing bigger losses from this aggressiveness. So if their wrong decisions cannot be corrected by themselves , ultimately gamblers do not make change their mentality .

No bad betting habit. I don't gamble more often and the few times I do spend gambling on my budget, I always stay in control. If I'm actually going back to pull my history from last year, that's when I can say I made some ugly mistakes when it comes to crash game I was easily emotionally messed up that I usually chase loss with the belief that the next round could boom the type of multiplier I see online.

I actually follow my betting history on all sites I gamble. Usually it's 4-5 sites, so it's that hard to do. I mean, I played on several dozens of sites, closer to a hundred, during my gambling career, but it's always like 4-5 sites at a time, because with some time sites are getting abandoned eventually. What can I say? Mostly I do control my bets, but, of course, as any other gambler - not always. About chasing my losses - I don't do that. I used to in the very beginning, but then realized how stupid it was and I stopped.

Some time ago, the history of gambling in general was my salvation, thanks to which I began my schematic and organized journey of gambling.

1: Playtime (my personal limit is a maximum of half an hour)

Yes my bets are all controlled bets I never bet when I lose two times in a day. I stop betting for 2 weeks or month and restart it mostly after a month or at least 2 weeks. I never bet more than my limits because I deposit fix amount each month or two weeks and when I lose that amount I stop placing any bets or deposit any extra money.

Same is true when I win bets that are about 2x the deposit amount, I usually stop betting for a week when I win an amount that's 2x of my deposit amount. Gambling with responsibility if fun and it will safe one from getting addicted to gambling and I believe everyone should gamble with responsibility and consider it as a form of entertainment instead of considering it as a source of income.

Well lucky you. I believe these sort of things are for those who are not actually sure about their gambling habits or history, and maybe are somehow curious about how their gambling history or experience has been, more like some kind of evaluation or something. For me, even if I know that I can’t keep an accurate track or record of my previous gambling history or habit, I know I’ve made several mistakes in gambling but I just don’t feel the need to ever go take a peek at my gambling history ever, because I really do not see the need to do such.

I've never went through my gambling history before because I don't feel like doing it, trust me I don't lose that much to gambling because a dollar here and there can't get me to rethink about anything, I invested most of my money in stocks and Bitcoin, I can even choose alternatives over gambling, it's not a form of investment, I would risk over $100 on a trading signal instead of gambling, because I have some control than when I gamble, I don't bother trying, gambling is made to favour the casino normally, so I always risk very little amount of money every time.
