The only thing my bet history shows is that I’m not a gambler and I should never take it seriously. I loss most of the time and that’s really how betting is set to be except for those who took it very seriously and wins more frequently but however I win too especially big amounts in local currency because I don’t play often I just place a bet when I feel convinced enough to but anytime I just bet for betting sake I lose so I can tell this through my betting history.

History says alot about you, but I don't think checking out your history really matters, because you do it for fun, I feel using that effort to check your history feels to serious for gambling.

To be honest, my betting history reveals more losses than wins; something I am well aware of even without looking at the records, simply based on my own experience and memory. Fortunately, I am still on the right track (meaning I gamble responsibly). I don't let the intensity get out of hand, and I manage to keep myself in check during every session. By the way, I only gamble about once a week on average, and I’d say that counts as "controlled", right ?

I realize, of course, that gambling carries risks, specifically the loss of time and money. However, I don't see it as a problem as long as we are aware of the consequences and take responsibility for our actions, including our gambling habits.

Not much for me, though. My betting activity increases when the league starts and reduces toward the end of the season. I actually don't get why people don't realize that they're betting more than they can afford to lose when trying to get back on track after taking a hit or they just completely ignore it.

I'm sure that deep down, there's this instinct somewhere telling them that what they're doing is wrong, but still ignores it and focus solely on the money.

Your bet history should only point at the level of risk you have undergone before time, it does not make you a worst gambler or a better or, this will only give you some information about your previous bet you have taken and the risk that has been involved upon your gambling experience if you check on the history, this will now tell on you whether you have been gambling on the track or you have been off the radar for a long time with the way you to your risk to gambling and the amount you are using in doing so.

My betting history is still very healthy. To be honest, I’m happy with the way I have been betting for the past few months and years, because it’s a healthy one, not much loss and there is no loss which has affected my other ways of life, so yeah, my betting history is very healthy.

No shame to say I lacked control in beginning, but now I gamble in much more controlled manner. I review my betting history every month to spot any unusual pattern. I also check whether my decision were planned before the outcome or if those changed after seeing result, these helped me a lot.

But, I think that at some point that you'll get back to gamble again and that fire will start to go back to you.
Although it's good to see that you're not so serious in gambling anymore when you have lost so much from it.

as of last year my gambling history was discouraging because I lost on several occasions but won only few, but this Year I don't need to check my gambling history to see if I am actually controled by gambling, Because I am no longer the same this Year. I have masterd the act of self decipline and self control, I no longer allow greed to take control over me. Sometimes we are the cause of our bad behavior in betting, but if we decide to control how we gamble then we might have a good gambling history.

I don't even need to bother about checking my betting history because I only bet on specific days like special competitions or matches and rarely gamble on casino games even though a few times I did.
I think though that once betting history is the reason why some accounts can get flagged and become subject to AML policies to prove source of funds when the gambler suddenly funds their accounts with amounts or bet with larger amount than they normally would.
It could also be the reason for some restrictions on some accounts that have usually higher participation in gambling and the winning is averagely more than the loss.

I think I am in a situation in which I am actually in control of my bets and they are not controlling me whatsoever.
If there is something to get out of my betting history is how I give priority to football over other sports and markets, only participating in political predictions now and then.
I am rather a casual bettor, I am not so eone who needs to bet every single day in order to bee comfortable with myself.

I particularly like to bet when important football tournaments are available.

I was just thinking about how much I've lost in the past few weeks and checking my gambling history will only make me feel like I've made a big mistake being a gambler but if I think about it the other way I realized that I have had many winnings in gambling over the years just that I haven't been lucky these past few weeks and I was really pissed off until now, though my gambling history is looking very responsible as I never chase losses and I'm not an addictive gambler too so I'm very much in control.

I admit I have been going through into an early stage of gambling addiction, and this is what I'm really working by controlling more of my emotions and manage my finances well, otherwise I would be losing a lot more in the future bigger than what my betting history tells.

My recent bet history is about as predictable that I expected

What I noticed, though, its how much my betting pattern has changed over the time... I found an old google spreadsheethere from the time when I record almost all my deposits, bets, wins and losses (I stoped to do that a long time ago), and really... my betting pattern today is quite different from what it was back then... the deposits have become larger, the bets smaller and more spaced out, and the money lasts longer.

Anyway, aside from this, I am not surprised by anything in my history and I think that a well controlled person woul dnot be surprised by it either.... the important is keep control before looking what happened, because if you need to review your history to know how your betting is going, then that is a sign that you’ve already lost control.

It is good as long as checking on one's betting and gambling history does not prompt us to increase our gambling and betting volume recklessly.
This is a topic which has been touched before here on the forum, about having logs on our activity and how that could affect our future behavior.

In general, I think if we are reminded that we have lost money to casinos and bookies, we will feel pushed to try to break even by increasing our gambling and betting activity.
It is not the case with all gamblers and bettors, but those who lack of self-control will make their life worse.
