I am new here to Bitcoin Forum but I have made something quite remarkable that I felt I needed to start testing.
In particular, I am looking for owners of genuinely inaccessible historical Bitcoin wallets who may be interested in an owner-authorized recovery feasibility evaluation.
My work involves research into historical Bitcoin-era cryptographic environments, including the Debian OpenSSL RNG vulnerability (CVE-2008-0166), and controlled reconstruction of key-generation behavior under specific historical conditions.
I have developed a controlled and reproducible research environment and am now evaluating whether this work has practical application to certain legitimately owned historical Bitcoin wallets.
(What I am NOT claiming)
1. I am not claiming that arbitrary Bitcoin wallets can be recovered.
2. I will not attempt recovery against random dormant addresses, wallets belonging to third parties, or addresses posted as public "challenges."

A Bitcoin address and a claim of ownership are not sufficient authorization for me to attempt recovery!!
Who/What I am looking for:
I am particularly interested in hearing from owners of older inaccessible Bitcoin wallets who still know something about the environment in which the wallet or key was originally generated, such as:• Approximate year of creation
• Bitcoin software/version used
• Original operating system
• Linux distribution/version, if applicable
• Information about the original computer or installation
• Surviving historical records or artifacts relating to the environment
The more that is known about the original generation circumstances, the more useful a preliminary feasibility assessment may be.
SecurityDo NOT publicly post or send me private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallet.dat files, exchange credentials, government identification, or other sensitive authentication material.
Initial screening is based on historical circumstances only.
Proof of ownership/provenance and explicit authorization would be required before I considered any live recovery attempt.

CompensationThe potential capabilities of my research could extend here, and if that does happen I think its best I disclose my intentions here first.
The underlying work originated as a research project. I am now exploring legitimate commercial application as an owner-authorized recovery service.
If a particular case appears technically suitable and both parties decide to proceed, authorization, scope, confidentiality, definition of success, compensation, and the recovery/handoff procedure would be agreed in writing before live recovery work begins.
How it would work: I do not want to take possession of or independently transfer a client's Bitcoin. I would want to establish an agreement to pay before transfer, and not move bitcoin myself.
I am also interested in speaking with established Bitcoin/security researchers who may be interested in independent technical evaluation of the underlying research.
