What motivates you about Bitcoin?

I’ll be honest, for me, it’s mainly the price and the 21 million BTC limit.

If Bitcoin really works out in the future, it could mean that my daughter’s education, and maybe even part of her financial future, could come from the BTC investment I’m making regularly every month now. If not, no problem. I accepted the risk when I decided to invest in it anyway.

The technology is 100% working in all transactions nationwide enabling people to pay bills so fast and reliable globally in as much as one has a good networking system.
 

I don’t know what part of the world you’re living in but I’m yet to see a country where you can use bitcoin as payment method for all transactions. Bitcoin has a long way to go before we see that level of adoption

I think what the Op was trying to say is that Bitcoin transactions can be carried out nationwide at a very fast pace , provided there’s a good internet connection. The Normal process of sending money from one country to another do take alot , it involve several steps for one to make it happen which usually take minutes, hours, or several business days, depending on the countries, banks, payment network, regulations, and currency involved. While bitcoin can provide more direct way of transferring value across borders without relying on traditional banking .

There are various reasons that motivate me about Bitcoin . Firstly , there’s the freedom that comes with you being completely in charge of your finances . I know the struggles that usually comes from local banks , not to mention the potential bitcoin has also when come to price growth , I’ve heard a lot of testimony on how bitcoin have changed a lot of folks lives and I one day I hope I will be part of those folks .

I came to bitcoin investment to make money for me and my family, I don’t know for others but I’m sure 70 percent of those who are into bitcoin investment or trading are doing for the money.
There’s money in bitcoin investment but you need to be very patient, those who bought bitcoin at its early stage and held unto it till date are all millionaires and they can’t be poor anymore they are made for life except they decided to be foolish.

What motivates me to invest in bitcoin investment is the money I can get from it.

What motivates me towards bitcoin is personal gain with protected value or long-term profit and that's what I always try to believe every day because the expectation is very big with me being in bitcoin then I will have an advantage in the future at least I can make my own version of financial freedom.

After making this as a goal then my focus now is just to collect bitcoin as I can without caring about the price or volatility that occurs in the short and medium term because for me it will not mean anything considering the halving period always gives profits that continue to exceed expectations that I felt before so in this case I only focus on investing without caring about others including trading or temporary declines that occur in bearish periods.
Speaking of guarantees? It's just bullshit and it should have been implemented from the beginning but that doesn't mean we don't have hope for a much better long term even though there are no guarantees in it.

What motivates me about bitcoin is the financial returns and financial freedom that it will offer in the long run. I don't have to chase and rush to every opportunity that comes because by simply holding alone with indefinite terms, I know it can make me rich someday and would create a big difference in my future years to come.

Bitcoin, more than a precious gem and asset, its also becoming more developed and reliable currency. With using bitcoin, it just makes all my transactions fast and more convenient even across borders.

The technology alone that comes with bitcoin is motivational already. You become your own bank with your own bitcoin rather than trusting other people to keep and protect your funds. You don't rely to banks or any centralized entity to make possible transactions because with bitcoin, you are the boss of your own, you make your own transactions and become responsible and cautious whatever outcome it will give.

In terms of investment, bitcoin also creates unlimited opportunities to invest. Just buy low and sell high, and you will never make mistakes with bitcoin. But holding for long like there's no plan to sell is the best strategy so far. Well, those who have the most motivation from their peace of mind in bitcoin are those who are not engaging in daily or short-term bitcoin price speculation.

Those who buy and hold their bitcoin in their wallet and have long-term investment goals instead of trading are the investors who have the most peace of mind, and they stay motivated each day, looking forward to their long-term goals.

 You’re very correct, what really motivated me into bitcoin was the freedom aspect, instead of going to the bank to stand in the queue before they can even attend to you, is so stressful but bitcoin has made it so easy for everyone to be in control of their money anytime and anywhere. Bitcoin didn’t mean much to me, I came into Bitcoin without knowing much on its value but, was more about leveraging on what I could find before I got a better understanding of it.

The drive for me has being in it’s relentlessness and defiance towards authority, given that it’s a true means to show how much power the people can hold in a true consensus as we have in Bitcoin, where every aspect of it is decentralized.

Yeah, the monetary value is there, the potential to rise at any moment but, if that were to be the case of most centralized asset, it wouldn’t get the same level of patronage or loyalty so, Bitcoin being decentralized and operates on a consensus of the people has being some of my very strong hold.

Actually, it depends on how much amount you are holding in the form of bitcoin for the long term. As it is so obvious that holding a very small amount can not make you financially free even in a long time frame, right? But yes, you can increase this amount by accumulating little by little, which means one day you will also reach the point which will be enough to offer a handsome profit. And for this, in my point of view DCA strategy is the best option for those who can not accumulate a big amount using a lump sum, right?

Bro, DCA is so underrated, but it has been discussed so many times on these forums. We just focus on accumulating in a way that even if BTC fails to give us what we wanted, we won't feel so sad that we tend to end our life. I have seen people who invested so much that when they lost, they had a heart attack, and you must know we should not put too much burden on ourselves that eventually our body tells us to fuck off.

Understand what I mean, because when things like this happen, you can't control shit. You think you have everything under control, but nope, only a fever could shake you.

So be healthy first, invest what you can hold for a long time, and don't invest all in one coin. Always diversify. Buy different stuff.
