ExchangeWatson currently supports cryptocurrency to RUB. RUB-to-crypto is not available.

RUB payout options described publicly are SBP or bank card; the exact choices available for a route are shown in the live calculator. The current minimum is 10,000 RUB. The maximum is dynamic and is displayed for the selected route.

How an order works

Enter the cryptocurrency amount or desired RUB amount.
Select the exact asset, network, payout method and bank.
Review the live quote before creating the order.
After the payment address appears, send the exact amount over the exact selected network within the displayed payment window.
Track the private order status until the full RUB payout is complete.

The calculator quote is informational before order creation. The customer rate is fixed after the payment address is issued for that order's displayed payment window.

Support and hours

Support is available in Russian, Persian and English through the website and Mini App. Current working hours are daily 08:00–00:00 MSK. For an order question, provide the order number; never send seed phrases, private keys, bank passwords or confirmation codes.
