I have come across different articles and posts talking about AI replacing humans from their jobs, where all those whom are professionals can only maintain theirs due to the fact of years of experience, and AI can't replace that.
Now, that being said, What job then do you think can continue without being replaced by AI from humans? I am asking this because there is nothing that can stop the emergence of AI and Robots, what humans has to do is to find a way for survival, where it still seems clumsy what the future holds and what profession can stand what is ahead for humans.
Personal development will have to continue, but in what field of professionalism will humans have to focus on at the time to come?

I do not think there is no job that AI can not replace as AI development advanced. There may be a time that the world can be with AI doing all the job, but I do not think we are going towards such world. Because AI can be used to achieve the work done does not mean AI will fully replace humans. Also as AI are created, some people will only use it to make profit.

The way AI and robot are springing up everyday, it is making it look as if there is literally nothing a human being will do that the AI or robot cannot do except those things that are biological related like childbearing. That is why I will always emphasize the fact that AI and robot should be made to assist human beings and not to entirely take out the jobs of a human being, because give or take, people need to work to earn. I really don't know who is pushing the analogy of facing of the entire workforce of the World by introducing AI or robot into positions that human beings can actually still occupy, some big firms are literally opting for the AI or robot option lately.

There is no job that is AI-replacement-proof. AI can replace almost all forms or kinds of jobs; it will only take time. Having said that, those who work in the Artificial intelligence industry might keep their jobs. These tools need to be designed, assembled, and programmed, and it's human that will perform these jobs. So those who work in the AI industry might have job security. It is noteworthy that robots or machines cannot totally replace humans in most jobs. Humans are creative and can handle uncommon situations. But robots are programmed to act in a certain manner, making them lack the ability to be creative. So companies will always need human knowledge in every organisation. I said before that these tools don't have feelings or emotions. Man is an emotional being and will always want human interaction. A patient in the hospital will always prefer a human nurse to robots. Man is a social being that will always cherish human interaction. These Artificial intelligence tools are expensive, so some organisations will keep depending on humans for a long time. There is no need to be scared about losing your job to AI. My advice is that everyone should integrate ai to thier job task. Learn how to use these tools to perform your job better and faster.

Well, if AI becomes more advanced, I do not see a reason why it could not take over all human jobs... Although rather than taking the jobs, the are taking over while the humans get jobs that are more suited for their modern era. I personally do not want to do any kind of work. I would rather live my life. So if all work could be taken over by AI, it should be. The problem is that our whole economic system was not built for something that advanced in mind. We humans still try to make 1 dollars into 2.

We have had this discussion so many times in this section and i can wager my bitcoin portfolio that we are going to keep talking about it for a long, long time. I understand though, the concerns are very valid, as AI and humanoid robotics continue to advance, what does this mean for human work/jobs, should we be worried?
Truth is, answers in this kind of thread would be repetitive from the last one, there is no indication that AI is anywhere close to replacing all human jobs, that cannot happen. There are industries that would be hit the most, say places where tasks/roles are somewhat routine/repetitive, a lot of humans would be displaced from their jobs in such industries.
That said, even as AI advances, there are also a lot of limitations to it, and it cannot fit into every role that a human can, not to mention that even the advancement of technology also creates a lot of job opportunities for humans. So the future is not all gloomy my friend.

Eventually it will reach a point where almost every job can be automated using bots and AI. Before we reach that point society really needs to figure out what people will do with all that spare time and minimal ability to earn money. There will be things like the entertainment industry from streaming to theater shows, but even that is having AI makeovers and could eventually be mimicked in many ways. It seems like some kind of transition to universal income would be necessary, but it would likely require tearing down all the billionaires sitting on their money. Then people could sustain themselves, but those who are really the most highly skilled could engage in certain professions that are left over - software engineers and quality control for example. How the poorer parts of the planet might cope while the more developed countries transition to such a model (which itself seems near impossible), nobody knows.

In the future, controlling for AI and robot will also needed. When computers were created or the internet was invented, communication or complex tasks could be done very quickly. Does that mean that all the people who used to work in the communication sector manually lost their jobs or that new employment opportunities were not created for them? Of course, it did. Rather, when people started doing all their work through the internet, computers and digital way, more employment opportunities were created. So in the future, it will be possible to do various types of work through AI or robots, which will save time and increase production, but many people will also be needed to manage them. As a result, even if some jobs are lost, new employment opportunities will be created. Only those who can make themselves AI skilled will be able to adapt to updated technology in the future. There will be no shortage of employment for them.
If all the tasks of humans are done by AI or robots, many people will lose their jobs and their economic condition will not be good. They will not be able to buy daily necessities according to their needs. As a result, if there are no people to sell the product or those who will buy it do not have the capacity to do so by increasing production by using AI or robots, then ultimately those who create such technology and destroy the financial solvency of the people will be the ones who will suffer the most. So I do not think that everything will be taken over by AI or robots. Humans will also have the maximum control.

Most of the jobs AI is likely to replace completely is in the entertainment industry as we can see that movie production, music and poetry are already receiving the worst hit. Today the Internet is littered with more AI generated contents than the traditional movies we used to know. In few years to come, those in this areas like photography, cinematography and the likes, will be forced to adapt to AI or run out of business. For many other areas, AI will not erase the jobs but will offer improved ways of delivering the jobs.

AI can certainly do every job once given the opportunity to but at a very high risk. Basically, human evolution has come this far because we keep trying to make the impossible possible.and with time, we are even supposed to be seeing time machines, lol. Before you know the world will turn to Terminator.still we have to understand that even if it's possible to implement such stuff, not everyone would be able to purchase something as costly as that. Jobs will only become scarce for we regular individuals because rich people will just purchase robots to do all their work, but then it might cause a civil war and the country might eventually crumble because people would suffer. And to me I think if humans rely on AI too much, it might possibly bring us to our own destruction. Still if such a future exists, it would be nice, but as they say, every technology comes with a risk.So perhaps the only thing we can do in such a future is to have the power to turn them off when they start going rogue something like an EMP that can wipe them out entirely. that's all.........

IMO it will be those blue collar jobs like being highly skilled that they will have hard time in doing robots that does those things. Plumbing, the sewer cleaners, in the health care for the nurse I think there's going to be a dislike for its patients if they're taken care of by robots. It differs per industry and I think that even if things can be automated by the AI, there are still some specific industries that they can't replace. The farming can be done by AI or robots too but, it's still different if it's handled by human hand although I've seen machines that have been doing the planting automatically.

Engage yourself in a profession that supports creativity, where there is no opportunity for repetition. The teaching profession can be safe, no matter how advanced the robot is, a human teacher is needed to teach students. No robot can ever replace the education system. AI can be added there, but AI cannot take away the profession of teachers. Since humans are needed to operate AI, the jobs of AI operators are also somewhat safe. You can also call the job of a pilot safe. Even if there is an autopilot mode in the plane, there will always be a pilot to fly the plane. At least in the next hundred years, AI may not be able to replace pilots. AI cannot completely replace agriculture, AI can be added to agriculture, but replacement is not possible. There are other professions that can be done by humans or will always require humans. AI cannot use creativity like humans, they work only based on commands.

A lot of people have this idea or dream of a futuristic world where AI will do all the jobs and humans will be left jobless and poor, but I don't see that. I don't believe AI will take over the jobs of so many people to an extent that majority of the worls will become jobless or go into other fields just to survive. I have always said it that the begining is going to be tough. It's like a transition period, but after a while, everything will even out. Humans will evolve and learn to work alongside AI, the same way we work with internent and electricity. The change is not something that will happen overnight. It will take decades and slowly, everything will start to even out. Humans don't need to focus on any particular field. Go learn or study what you want. There will be no point if everyody starts focusing on certain fields because there will be so much dupply ffor those jobs it won't have any value. I feel like people overestimate how bad the "AI taking jobs" thing is.

Yeah. I see two possible reasons for this: people love peddling cheap apocalyptic panic for clicks, and nobody wants to admit their day job will look completely different in ten years. Truth is, answers in this kind of thread would be repetitive from the last one, there is no indication that AI is anywhere close to replacing all human jobs, that cannot happen. Exactly. People conflate a statistical text predictor looking smart on a screen with actual human agency and adaptable skill, and those two things could not be further apart. Routine data entry, basic level-one support, and generic copy-pasting will get automated - just like factory line work got automated by robotics decades ago. But anything that requires deep contextual thinking, real-world accountability, or complex physical problem-solving skills will not come close to being replaced.

Also as AI are created, some people will only use it to make profit.
These some people, are we going to call them group of people, or a group of companies owned by one person/people? Cause this is where my question lies. If people will use it to make money, is it as an AI creator as a single person or Robot company? Truly those who will harness the opportunity of the loophole that's not yet visible (maybe) are those who will make good fortune out of it. AI cannot completely replace agriculture, AI can be added to agriculture, but replacement is not possible. There are other professions that can be done by humans or will always require humans. I agree with you on this one, and I don't really think there is some sort of certified professionalism required for agricultural production, cause this is the very basic form of profession that is as old as man. AI has no stand here for replacement, cause there is always a need for man to do what nature has always kept in front of us.

Two areas will always require humans: hands-on physical trades (robotics hardware is decades behind software) and high-stakes decision making where legal/financial accountability matters. For everything in between, the best strategy is learning how to integrate AI tools into your daily workflow rather than trying to compete against them.

I'm surprised at this question, because it is obvious that there are a lot of companies that are actively involved in the creation of AI models that is being integrated at different levels. Some examples include OpenAI and Anthropic. Here you say "this is where my question lies", but it differs from the content of your OP, which is about job displacements through AI advancement. Anyway, AI integration also aids companies to maximize profit, that is why there's been a wave of tech companies laying off large numbers of their workforce and adopting AI for those roles, simply because the technology handles repetitive tasks better, more efficiently and at lower "labor" cost.

I think AI is bound to take over every job as much as possible, but it does not mean that its guaranteed successful. Jobs that are performed by humans are still more reliable even though the productivity is slow compared to robots and AI. We need AI advancement but at the same time we also need experienced humans to guide and operate them, and test and approve to make AI jobs more accurate and reliable.
AI + humans will make a job well done, even though it also cause high expenses due to human salaries.

Just like what you've said, no one can stop AI emergence, so time will come that all jobs will definitely be known to AI. But here's the thing, AI is just computer programmed, when the whole system is ruined, you can never rely on them and do their jobs, and that's where having humans become an advantage. With knowledge, skills and different methods and strategies people have, people can continuously perform their jobs even if there is no technology around, but you can't expect that it will be more fast and efficient than those jobs performed with AI.
AI can replace any human job, but it can never replace the value that human puts it into their jobs.

There is no way out of it Get AI literate AI emergence is also creating more jobs. AI can’t work on its own, you still need technicians who will be skilled in this aspect. Organizations can pivot into getting the next generation read for AI in the workplace. Don’t let those magazines create a gloom and doom picture.
