As crypto adoption grows, exchanging between digital assets and traditional currencies is becoming a normal requirement for many users.

Someone holding USDT may need EUR. Another user may want to move from EUR into crypto, while others simply want to swap BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC.

But when choosing an exchange service, what actually matters most?

For me, there are several important factors:

1. Clear exchange rates

Users should know the rate and expected amount before confirming an exchange. Nobody wants to discover unexpected costs after starting a transaction.

2. Speed

Crypto markets can move quickly. A rate that looks attractive now may be different a short time later, so processing speed can matter, especially for larger transactions.

3. Simple process

Not every crypto user is a professional trader. Sometimes people simply want to choose what they send, choose what they receive, enter an amount and complete the exchange.

A complicated trading interface isn't always necessary.

4. Support

This becomes especially important when something doesn't go as expected. Having access to support can make a significant difference when dealing with a delayed or problematic transaction.

5. Crypto ↔ Fiat accessibility

Crypto and traditional finance are becoming increasingly connected.

For users who regularly move between stablecoins such as USDT/USDC and fiat currencies such as EUR, having straightforward crypto-to-fiat exchange options can be useful.

And would you accept a slightly worse rate if the service had a stronger reputation and better support?

If we're talking about an automatic exchange, then it has to be privacy and reputation. I would always choose a service that wouldn't block my withdrawal and request kyc from me. And i want a service that has a good record of processing their clients withdrawals without headaches and hiccups.

At QuickXchange, these are some of the areas we're focusing on while continuing to develop our exchange experience.

I know you are trying to promote your service here, but i have gone through your Service Discussion thread and your website and i wouldn't recommend it. You request kyc from your customers before they can use your platform, and i don't know why someone would choose you when there are other reputable no-kyc instant exchanges in this forum. Not to mention that you only route tx's through a LP, without having any of your own liquidity.
