Use the amount of money that you can afford to lose to gamble on the coin. Know that my speculation is about gambling and may not be what that might happen.

Such shit coin will still be pumped and its price will increase, but do not expect all-time high. If you are not new to cryptocurrencies price speculation, you should understand what I mean.

With that 1 year chart, and the current trading volumes coupled with the market conditions we're seeing, I doubt it would survive until the next cycle. I'm saying this based on what I'm seeing on CMC obviously, I don't much much about the project. Only thing that could send this to the other direction in my opinion would be a partnership with a big project.

Other then that, and as much as it hurt to say, I think a lot of projects are doomed and are not going to make it and this even includes the ones that raised tens of millions of dollars by VCs.

I am highly suspicious the reality of that trade volume, and wondering when it gets delisted from binance
It's a coin launched with the hype (metaverse) that was misunderstood and no one wanted in the first place.
Only way metaverse would rise again would be ironically.

In my view, it's dead.

I was on the app (Stepn) 4 years ago and made quite good money out of it. But however, as I mentioned in another post. The utility of the token is not the only (and primary) reason for its price stability. It's also the tokenomics.  In this instance, GMT is not deflationary, and the app seems like it's not going to be able to be grown further.

Looking at the chart @o48o just posted, I would say the coin is on its deathbed. No need to waste your precious money on it. I think it's better you try to look for new projects you can gamble on with some of your money you can afford to lose or just look for those very old top market cap coins and buy and hold them long term.
The choice is yours.

We can't. The reason Stepn is a play to earn game. It has unsustainable economic. The users generate GST from playing it everyday while GST has unlimited supply and it can be exchanged for GMT. The users will dump GMT to the market everyday.

I warn you there would never ever be a sustainable economic in the play to earn crypto. The better to have lesser expectation to play to earn game in crypto.

However, you can gamble on random pump that can happen anytime, but the percentage is so small because anyone prefer to gamble on meme instead of pumping play to earn token.

So this one is not work to take a look at.

For tokens that have already dropped 95% from their ATH, you could say they're basically dead. Well, the company might still provide updates and other collaborations, but you can't deny that it's not like it used to be. Especially when "move to earn," which used to be so popular, is now useless. Even people who participate in this app only get pennies for such efforts. There's no need to hope that this project will be like it used to be, because the app is no longer motivating and might just be waiting for the time until it completely dies.

GameFi, P2E is already a dead narrative, nobody played it anymore since the value of the token has been going down and it can't suddenly revive like meme coins because the performance tied to the hype of the apps or games which is controlled by the team, if the decline keeps up eventually the team behind GMT will close their apps, it's not a good investment if you're curious.

Even though GMT rewards you to run with token instead of playing game, i think it's still categorized as play to earn or to be precise, move to earn. Even if the coin is still listed on binance, it could get delisted anytime because their volume keep going down and once that happens, you can imagine how everything will fall apart. Therefore stay away from it.
