Yes, the current thread looks like a basic promotion that casinos post from time to time

When I click on this thread to learn about the casino, I can't understand what they are about. What features they have? What games? Why use the casino if we have 100 other casinos?

OP, if this is the presentation of a new casino, it could be done more professionally; your account level already allows for that. There are so many examples here that you can draw inspiration from. Make a more elaborate presentation; it says a lot about your business (if it is indeed yours).

I understand the concern, there's many "fringe" cases that could arise, for example:

Someone in chat says: "I just turned 13 and I love gambling!"

Anyone under aged must be limited from placing bets and have their deposit refunded.

Integrity doesn't stop at allowing people to withdraw what is won fairly, we can't facilitate minors.

Unless we have a good reason to suspect something, we wouldn't stop someone from withdrawing. It's simply not a good look!

So, the casino is only "no-KYC" upon registration. If you are confused about forum members calling the casino out for it, it's because forum members don't consider casinos that can request KYC whenever they want as a "no-KYC" casino, forum members want honesty instead of false claims.

Also, I really suggest that you put more information about your casino in your original post, it's a great way to present what your casino offers(apart from what can be seen on the gif).

This is your ToS, and even with the assurance that you have given in this thread, when tomorrow comes and I am asked to submit my docs, what would I use to defend myself? That the rep assured me?
