ASIC Tycoon: free idle mining game that runs on the live data of a real mining

What this is

I operate a small Bitcoin mining site in Midland, Texas. Over the last months I built a free idle game on top of it, inside Telegram. The game does not simulate a mine: it reads the live numbers of this one. The outside temperature over the containers and the hashprice of the day. When it gets hot in Midland, every player's machines throttle in the same hour. It is the only event in the game nobody scripted.

You start with a single Bitaxe on a desk and grow toward a container site through fifteen real machines with their real nameplates (TH/s, watts, J/TH). Cooling, power contracts, maintenance, a crew with real timers. Same physics as the site, friendlier numbers.

What it is NOT (this forum has seen enough of the other kind)

• No token, no coin, no airdrop, no presale. There is nothing to buy and nothing to trade.
• Nothing real is sold inside the game. There is no price list, and there never will be.
• Tickets for the season draw cannot be bought. Not with money, not with anything. They come only from playing.
• We never tell you what a machine will make. What it mines depends on bitcoin and on difficulty, and nobody can honestly promise that. We state terahash, days and kilowatt-hours, the things we actually control.
• Ads are optional and start only from a button you tapped.

The prizes

The prize is always the same kind of thing: real terahash on the Midland site, working for a player, for a fixed number of days, power included. You watch it produce from inside the game.

Two roads:

• The operator's register (work). 70 milestones, six ranks. At 40 milestones the register pays a trial of 1 TH for 10 days. The Diploma pays 5 TH for 10 days, the Master 10 TH for 10 days.
  
• The season draw (luck). Playing earns tickets. Season prize: 10 TH producing for 30 days. The draw seed is the hash of a future Bitcoin block, announced before it exists, and the entry list is frozen and fingerprinted before that block is mined. Anyone can verify the result.
  

There is also a "friends' machine": a 1 TH miner on the site that runs in your name while the people you invited keep playing.

Who runs it

The Midland site is operated by Gilgatech SAGL, Lugano, Switzerland, which also operates the game. Prizes are activated on a free Gilgatech account, because the machines are real and so the account has to be. The game itself sells nothing.

What I am asking

Honest feedback from people who know mining. Two things in particular: is it clear what to do in the first minute, and did you feel like reopening it the next day? Questions about the site itself (containers, heat, curtailment, the machines) are welcome, that is the part I actually know.
