Iranians can buy bitcoin and gold derivatives instead, both can be accessed on exchanges. If they want to buy something, they can convert to their currency.

You say Iranians can access crypto exchanges and exchange their currency for Bitcoin? 

I'm under the opinion that anymore who tries to close the 60% yearly falling cap gets lots of money wether is exchanging that currency to crypto or selling crypto debit cards or some other way.
