Normally, KYC is to comply with the obligations of license providers who are also complying with the laws of their countries. Now, whose laws would you be complying with by asking for KYC? Yes it must be geo-restrictions, Philiphines and some other South East Asian countries are restricted to access this casino.
I'm from Indonesia and I also unable to access this site with my original IP so I decided to turn my VPN on to change my IP, that's why I know we are restricted.

Under this term, they also write about VPN usage which is prohibited especially if it is used to bypass this countries restriction.

You didn't say anything concerning KYC verification. I can tell from the look of things that the casino isn't KYC free, but at what point will the casino demand KYC? Is there a limit to how much profit can be withdrawn before submitting KYC, or do you ask for KYC only when suspecting a player, just like other casinos that first labeled themselves as no KYC?

That's exactly what I thought when I was able to access your casino from Germany, which is typically restricted on most sites as it requires a local license, you know.

Does it also mean you accept players from the USA? Since having another no KYC option to direct US traffic would've been a big deal for many affiliates out there.
