Welcome to the forum! The first thing that caught my attention was the " No-KYC " and that motivated me to rush to your casino to verify if it's really true. So I spent a few minutes looking at your casino to see where the terms of service were. When I saw them, I rushed to read them. Before I clicked on the terms of service themselves, I saw this:

I was thinking: "How can a casino that claims to be No-KYC have an Anti-Money Laundering Policy section?" So I decided to read more because maybe I'd see things like "the user needs to wager 1x or 10x the deposited amount to withdraw," which would be a good measure to combat money laundering. But to my surprise, I didn't see that, but I did see something that made me think: "Why then did they put No-KYC in the ann thread?" I kept reading to try and see if I was just not seeing it correctly:

3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) & Red Flags

When account activity triggers risk indicators—such as unusually high transaction volumes, mismatched payment origins, rapid turnover spikes, or suspicious behavioral patterns—Debet77 enforces Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). In such events, users must submit additional verification documents, which may include government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and verifiable Source of Funds (SoF) or Source of Wealth (SoW) records before any further transactions can proceed.

source: https://www.debet77.space/anti-money-laundering

Most people don't even read a casino's terms of service when creating an account; they create an account, make a deposit, and start playing. So this whole "No-KYC" thing becomes a huge trap, not a blessing. This is because many people deposit large sums of money consecutively, play, and when they withdraw, the amount is very high And casinos don't like paying out large sums to people who win consistently, so they'll look for something to use as a way to retain the person's funds.

They then go to KYC, since the terms of service are what matters and are taken seriously by the casino. Therefore, the person cannot argue that they didn't enter real data when creating the account because they saw the phrase "No-KYC" in this forum's thread. Even if the person provides their ID, it may not match the data on their account. So the person will lose all their money because of something that could easily be avoided if the thread were clear: "casino KYC".

just took one look at the casino and decided not to sign up, i usually do Google as they are safe from password leakage so i went ahead and tried to sign up and the first thing i checked was the developer tools to make sure i am connecting to the right emails and guess what, it’s your personal email with over 20 leaks from your acc and i don’t connect with my OAuth with those. well, on the good side it’s basically full OSINT as there is a whole history of names and Google reviews so in case any scam happens we know who to go after. i wouldn’t say having breaches on the email is bad, but using a personal email as the Google OAuth for users is bad

No way a casino named 'DEBET77.SPACE' turns out to be legit  Grin Grin

They put 'LICENSED' in their footer but forgot to display the license itself. Probably weren't aware that this is a prerequisite for being licensed.

Also these banners on the main page literally copied from Shuffle with the exact name match for their recent Pragmatic multiplier hunt promo but all the links are dead  Grin Grin

And of course all the other points people above have mentioned.

Looks like a quick money grab for me. Take care.

Even if a casino comes very highly recommended and has built a good reputation players should always check their terms and other important documents before depositing. A new casino with no reputation and just a text in the title should not be enough to win anyone's trust, even without any red flags in their ToS, I will still hesitate to deposit there when there are many other reputable options that are available.

I hope people keep calling out casinos that tag themselves to be no KYC without really being so they stop doing it and focus on actually trying to a privacy friendly.

Welcome to the Forum. I just checked your website especially on the terms & conditions and the first thing that caught my attention was also touched by Slow death and that is on the aspect of KYC. Branding your casino and no KYC yet inscribing in your TOS that KYC can be required at the slightest suspicion such as regular winning simply makes me worried. In addition, how do you accept fiat payments without KYC? That may appear problematic in the future as we have seen in some casinos that claim to be no-KYC but ran into regulatory problems.

🔥 DEBET77.SPACE | No-KYC Crypto & Fiat Casino | Instant Cashouts
Op can you explain the bolded phrase and the Terms and Conditions from the image below? I think you are not truthful on this part. How could you say No KYC in crypto and fiat withdrawal and it is an instant withdrawal but you ToS says different things.

This has to stop because it has caused more problems here.  You guys will come here and tell the forum No KYC and instant withdrawal and when the gambler wins big,  you apply section 2 of your ToS to restrict or block the gambler account. But what you say in the announcement thread is No KYC.

Welcome to Bitcointalk. I visited your site and see the site is ready to promote.

But you need to clarify about KYC so that will not makes people confusing. No KYC in the ANN but you have written about verification so you might change the ANN about KYC.

Don't forget to buy copper membership so you can post images for your promotion on here.

AFAIK every casino that claims to be a No Kyc platform at some time ask for Kyc. No Kyc mean they won't ask for KYC until something unusual happens, For normal account creation, deposit and withdrawal they won't ask to verify KYC. They probably have hidden the issue of KYC in the ToS so that when they need KYC somehow, they can do it according to their rules it's now common in no kyc platform.

I don't think they 'forgot' to display the license. This casino is, quite simply, a crude attempt at a scam. There are no licenses today that allow for no-KYC. Some allow no-KYC below certain betting or deposit thresholds, but advertising no-KYC and claiming to be licensed is simply self-contradictory. If we add to that the absurdity of what I’ve cited, it’s clear that this is a blatant scam site. I’m going to wait a bit to see if the OP comes back here with some miraculous explanation, but he deserves a red tag.

Would be nice if the OP could answer the questions/concerns that were raised. The OP went back online about an hour ago but didn't post anything, I'm certain they saw the replies to their thread. Casinos advertising here in the forum should realise that staying silent when concerns about their casino are raised does not do anything good for them.

No way a casino named 'DEBET77.SPACE' turns out to be legit  Grin Grin
the .space domain extension is also one of the cheapest, it's like $1 on namecheap where they got it from.
broke ass "casino" that can't even afford a proper .com domain  Grin Grin

they are 100% gonna be able to afford paying wins /s

They put 'LICENSED' in their footer but forgot to display the license itself. Probably weren't aware that this is a prerequisite for being licensed.
same for the "provably fair" part, they don't even have any originals in the first place.

this is most likely a scam casino, so i'll advise everyone to stay away from them.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to review our website in detail and raising this point. Your concern is completely valid, and we appreciate the scrutiny—it helps us keep our service clear, transparent, and accountable.

Here is the explanation regarding what happened and the steps we have taken:

1. Conflicting AML / ToS Template (Now Fixed)
The clause you highlighted in our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Terms policy was carried over from an initial generic compliance template that conflicted directly with our platform's intended operating model. We recognize how this created confusion and appeared contradictory to our "No-KYC" announcement.

We have reviewed and revised our policies on the website to reflect our actual operations: DEBET77 does not require identity documents (ID, passport, utility bills, or SoF) for standard crypto deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

2. Our Stance on Withdrawals and Big Wins
We completely understand the community's frustration with platforms that promise privacy only to spring KYC requirements once a player attempts to withdraw winnings. We want to state clearly:
  • We do not use KYC as a retention tactic or arbitrary barrier against winning players.
  • Crypto withdrawals are handled via automated on-chain batching without surprise document requests.
  • To combat abuse and illicit wash trading without invading player identity, we rely strictly on standard gameplay/wager requirements (e.g., standard 1x deposit turnover) rather than identity confiscation traps.

3. Licensing Update
For full transparency, our official gaming licensing application is currently a work in progress. We are finalizing regulatory steps and will update the community and this thread as soon as the verifiable license information is active.

Thank you again for pointing out this discrepancy so we could resolve it immediately. We welcome any further feedback or questions from the community.

Best regards,

they are 100% gonna be able to afford paying wins /s

They put 'LICENSED' in their footer but forgot to display the license itself. Probably weren't aware that this is a prerequisite for being licensed.
same for the "provably fair" part, they don't even have any originals in the first place.

this is most likely a scam casino, so i'll advise everyone to stay away from them.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the community’s vigilance in reviewing new platforms, and we want to address each of the points you raised directly:

1. Regarding the Domain Extension (.space) and Migration Plan
Our plan has always been to operate on our primary `.com` domain. However, because that specific `.com` domain was previously owned and used by another brand, we are currently waiting on full domain history clearance, security checks, and DNS reputation propagation to ensure there is zero baggage, past abuse, or residual issues from the previous owner before we migrate our live user traffic to it. Using `.space` is a temporary staging setup to launch the platform while that due diligence process is finalized.

2. Licensing Status (Footer Correction)
You are right to call this out. Our official gaming license application and regulatory compliance are currently a work in progress. Displaying "Licensed" in the footer prior to the public issuance of the verification badge was a development template oversight. We have removed that placeholder to avoid misleading players, and we will restore it only once the official validator link and registration credentials are fully active and publicly verifiable.

We understand that skepticism is normal and necessary on Bitcointalk for newly launched projects. We appreciate you pointing out these oversights so we can address them transparently and focus on earning community trust.

Best regards,

just took one look at the casino and decided not to sign up, i usually do Google as they are safe from password leakage so i went ahead and tried to sign up and the first thing i checked was the developer tools to make sure i am connecting to the right emails and guess what, it’s your personal email with over 20 leaks from your acc and i don’t connect with my OAuth with those. well, on the good side it’s basically full OSINT as there is a whole history of names and Google reviews so in case any scam happens we know who to go after. i wouldn’t say having breaches on the email is bad, but using a personal email as the Google OAuth for users is bad

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You made a completely valid technical observation, and we appreciate you pointing it out directly.

1. Google OAuth Staging Credentials (Now Updated)
During initial setup and local staging testing of the Google OAuth integration, one of our frontend developers used an internal personal Google Cloud project console to generate the test `client_id` credentials. We overlooked switching these test keys over to our dedicated, isolated organization console (`@debet77.space`) prior to going live.

We have now generated fresh OAuth 2.0 credentials directly under our official verified domain workspace, and the client-side configuration has been updated.

2. Privacy & Architecture Clarification
For players concerned about data security: standard Google OAuth client requests only transmit Google's token payload between the user and Google's auth servers to verify account ownership. However, we completely agree that using a developer's private console account looks unprofessional and raises valid questions about separation of duties.

Thank you again for the thorough technical check and for helping us catch this staging oversight early.

Best regards,
Zwei

We have reviewed and revised our policies on the website to reflect our actual operations: DEBET77 does not require identity documents (ID, passport, utility bills, or SoF) for standard crypto deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
who decides what is "standard crypto deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals"? obv you. so spare us the BS talk.

You are right to call this out. Our official gaming license application and regulatory compliance are currently a work in progress.
your license application is in which jurisdiction exactly? anjouan, curacao, tobique, malta?
and you know... if it's "a work in progress", why are you launching the site and accepting players when you don't have a license yet?

nice explanation, but i don't believe you one bit.

Displaying "Licensed" in the footer prior to the public issuance of the verification badge was a development template oversight. We have removed that placeholder to avoid misleading players, and we will restore it only once the official validator link and registration credentials are fully active and publicly verifiable.
your template seems to have a bit too many oversights, almost like it's vibe coded.

and why did you avoid addressing this:

Also these banners on the main page literally copied from Shuffle with the exact name match for their recent Pragmatic multiplier hunt promo but all the links are dead  Grin Grin
They put 'LICENSED' in their footer but forgot to display the license itself. Probably weren't aware that this is a prerequisite for being licensed.
same for the "provably fair" part, they don't even have any originals in the first place.

oh wait... let me guess... it was another template placeholder oversight  Roll Eyes

The clause you highlighted in our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Terms policy was carried over from an initial generic compliance template that conflicted directly with our platform's intended operating model. We recognize how this created confusion and appeared contradictory to our "No-KYC" announcement.
You should do your due diligence and proper checks to avoid situations like this. Minor typos and incorrect info is possible when launching, but a whole section skipping everyone does not show your team in good light.

We have reviewed and revised our policies on the website to reflect our actual operations: DEBET77 does not require identity documents (ID, passport, utility bills, or SoF) for standard crypto deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
You are a KYC casino and will require it as you wish. This also makes me think your AML document is the standard of operation for your service.
