All my years of socializing myself and trading in the market, with the Internet and I've come to realized that not everything we see on the net is true and most of them are make-up story just to lure us into believing them. These crypto influencers are not really making the huge amount as we expect them to generate because they're here to spread rumours about their earnings and discreetly, most of them are ambassadors of these crypto exchanges and they make enormous amount when they get their hugh community to register using their promo code, I've seen it happen repeatedly and it's no longer news.
What can we do and how can we tell when a crypto guru is fake and not legitimate? It's simple, before knowing anything in the market. It's advisable to learn about the basis for the market and atleast know the few key things in the market so that you wouldn't be easily deceived in the market since it's a space where scams rules the order of the day.
Secondly, we shouldn't believe any proposal or bid that's too good to be true when it comes to trading, take your time and thoroughly do your research about the market because any slight mistakes been made, one will get punish in the market by hammering significant losses. So tell me, is it advisable to believe everything you see online especially when it comes to trading?

It’s a known fact that social media life is very different from reality and anybody that understands how the media and attention work will know that, so you believe what you see at your own risk and this doesn’t apply to only trading influencers alone..
You don’t need to be following any “crypto guru” on social media if you’re on this space, there’re lots of trusted and credible sources you can get your information without following any so called Crypto Guru. And again the reason why people search and follow this so called experts is because they’re chasing quick money, once you understand that this space isn’t a rich-quick place then you won’t need to fall for any deception along the way.

Many people who come online posting information are doing it to gain one profit or the other from the subscribers, and many times they make these information very attractive to readers, and make them believe their information is perfectly true. When it comes to trading of cryptocurrency, there are many platforms who claim to offer genue trading skills, and thereby encouraging people to subscribe to or even invest with them, however following all these information might be detremental to a trader who is seeking for trading skill or help online. Some platforms will offer paid subscription, and by the time you opt to it you will see entirely different thing. There are actually genue platforms which offers good trading skills, but many are not reliable, and people seeking to gain such trading experience should be extremely careful as not to become victim to scammers.

Those who take trading as a business will always give the impression of achieving good trading outcomes to the public; this is to attract more people who want to earn from trading. Most people who are into this business are not good traders. To some who consider their customers, they run into losses, and to some whose interest is to make money, they scam people by just getting money from them. Good traders that are genuine don't make their trading outcomes public, and they don't accept requests for trading for others because they understand trading is risky, and no matter how good one is at trading, it is possible to still incur losses.

The most information thing in this case is to understand and separate information from promotion, An influencer can actually provide useful information, but their statement shouldn’t not be treated as as evidence simply because they have large community or numbers of followers. I also agree that a screenshot of a trading profit does not necessarily mean or prove that the person is actually making those profits. For me what I think is the safest approach is to just try as much as possible to verify every underlying claims rather than verifying the person. Check the project, understand how the product works, and look for independent information also, finally you should be care with guarantee returns or promises to make easy money. No body needs to believe every claim on the internet, and learning the basics makes it easy to recognize when someone is selling a narrative rather than providing useful information.

Trading is not easy, matter of fact, to become consistently successful is only what a few retail traders has been able to achieve compare to the huge numbers of traders that are losing money every day. Believing in social media influencers who tells you that trading is easy is at your own risk because majority of them don't even trade. I remember one guy on TikTok, he was doing funny contents but all of a sudden, he started promoting a broker, doing videos where he was living in luxury while trading on the broker, all of those show was just to deceive his audience to start trading with that broker so they can lose their money.
Trading is highly risky and if you must try it, it should be with the amount you can afford to losing and if you want to be consistently profitable after learning your preferred winning strategy, then you must embrace proper risk management. Avoid the noise online from non traders who poses as traders when they are not.

Believing anything you see online is at your own risk. Social media influencers do not use what they promote and they are ready to promote what will make people lose their hard earned money just for them to earn money and live a luxury lifestyle. There are some social media influencers in Nigeria that promoted TMT that specialize in booking visa but the people who used TMT to book their visa so they could travel out of the country ended up losing their hard earned money, and the two Nigerian influencers which are Apama and Prophet Rolex that promoted TMT kept silent, it was when VDM were trying to recover the money of TMT victims that Apama and Prophet Rolex made a video, in that video they begged the people they influenced to use TMT that they were not part of the TMT scam and they did not know TMT is a scam. So whether it is trading or not do not believe anything you see online.

You asked a very important question and it is quite funny that a lot of newbies don't think of it but that should be the first thing they think of before using anyone's signal to trade, "how can you tell that the person is really an expert"? There is also a possibility that the person can even be copying trades from others and posting in a signal group that others are copying and making use of gullibly. Trading with the use of signals from so called experts is 50/50 and in such case you are actually gambling and not trading. Even if you want to take signals from others and you aren't so sure if they are well analyzed you must know how to do your own research.
Another thing that makes beginners and intermediate traders take the wrong route in trading is because they get carried away by what fake trading influencers post about their achievements online and they end up buying their courses that doesn't impact any significant knowledge. Traders that are actively involved in trading and making profit wouldn't have time to make videos trying to persuade people to buy trading courses from them, they do this because that's their actual source of income and not trading itself.

One way to quickly spot scam is the haste to which they demand money for either subscription or trading bots. Learning the basics can help prepare beginners ahead of the noise generated by fake crypto experts but having someone who is reliable and experienced as a mentor can be even more helpful and protective. Navigating the crypto market alone can be overwhelming. So to me instead of following a random online guru it is best to have a trusted mentor who has a good track record and is also able to impact what the know.

If not for the sake of greed, most of the fake publicity traders put out there are things that are too good to be true but because investors are too desperate to test things out, they end up becoming victims of false profit publicity. there is a little bit of profit in trading which not most of the traders are always that lucky. but you see all those post that makes it look like you can make as much as $3k within a day and that it can come consistently, as much as that s a good thing that every trader wants to see, i refuse to get carried away with such things because most of them are not true. If you start your trading journey with too much expectation, it will only be a matter of time before you loose your capital and conclude that there is no different between trading and investing and that bitcoin is just like altcoin. The internet is a willed place. it has a lot of good things but it also has a lot of ideal things that are too good to be true and that are actually false.

There's one thing I do know. Just showing screenshots of your trade doesn't prove that you are a good trader. Your claim has to be verified very well. Even good traders make bad trades. That doesn't make them less of who they are. A bad trader can give just a single winning trade and everybody will think the person can trade. Just a single winning trade can't be used to judge a trader. There have to be series of trades.

The very important thing that traders will not listen to is that they should only use the amount of money that they can afford to lose to trade. It is better people start thinking of trading like gambling until they make money from it. There can be people that make money from trading online, but if they are not patient but start with huge amount, they will lose. The second thing is that trading is not for everyone.

It is possible to profit from crypto trading, but it may never be as we see in the videos and almost all of the people who do it are scammers. Because the person who has the ability to make so much money in a day will never show everyone in a video and he will never teach anyone and he will never ask anyone to join the group.
Before doing anything or before going to the conclusion, we need to do research and if we get good results after researching, then we can move forward. Especially if we see something online, then we definitely need to do more research. Most of the online is fraudulent, especially in the case of trading, so do not fall into the trap of these scammers by watching their videos and stay away from them as much as possible.

Most of those you see online sharing their testimonies on successful trades are only influencers trying to attract traffic for their personal interest, what constitutes trading is more than what is he then display because they are more to all these serving as risk in Trading than when they already persuadors to use their channel or strategy and have the same result as them, trading comes with risk to lose all to be profitable depending on the strategy used and how we are being accurate with our population over the market, we should not let them intimidate us for any reason and think we can also achieve massively in signal manner by doing what they also did, all these are public view motivated and are not real life achievement in Trading.

most of them are ambassadors of these crypto exchanges and they make enormous amount when they get their hugh community to register using their promo code, I've seen it happen repeatedly and it's no longer news.
Offcourse, those words of theirs are mere sugar quoting and If You're not mindful on how you control your hunger for quick profits you become a potential victim of their scam. Perhaps, you were right after all about your suggestion how this people are rewarded hugely when they succeed in bringing so many customers. However, this are common situation will can easily avoid but our greed wouldn't let us do so. What can we do and how can we tell when a crypto guru is fake and not legitimate? It's simple, before knowing anything in the market. No need working ourselves over. Learning the basics of trading should be mandatory. You can also get a very sincere mentor if you want, again making person research on your own is also very helpful. Furthermore, as a starter or a learner, make sure you use a very small amount to trade, a amount you can easily let go, I believe with this format you'll be fine.
The fact is that there will always be scammers online and the responsibility of everyone in the line is to take guard so that he or she wouldn't be scammed. And most importantly, what has been the greatest challenge for most trader's is that they easily jump on every offer without making proper verification and that's a red flag if you ask me. Probably, it can make someone learn some hard lessons in a short time so we should take note.

It's certainly not advised to believe everything or anything you see online, but still, everything we know about trading is gotten online. However for you not to mistake the truth for the fake, you have to do thorough research from various sources to confirm your knowledge. Basically, the crypto space is filled with different kinds of schemes. You might think influencers are the worst, until you realize all those ones just talk the issue isn't the influencer, but you who chose not to learn on your own.....
That said when it comes to trading, you will certainly find many people claiming to be traders, saying they give online signals, online classes, and so on. While online classes aren't bad but I still feel you, as a newbie, you should not learn from an online class the very moment you say you want to start trading. You should first start by building yourself with a demo account so you can be able to identify what is real and what is fake. As a trader all you need is a little more from everyone to make yours better you don't need to just copy someone else's method, because your psychology and theirs are different. So that's just how it is... that's all......

The internet is a hustle zone, you cannot limit the kind of marketing which people put out to make their services look appetizing, even though most of them have nothing to offer. There are lots of confusing information for trading from ads to assurances on demo page of trading apps that seems to undermine the true nature and complexity of trading. My brother had built confidence in trading from demo section only and burnt over 100k in 2 days as he went live. Trading is deeper and riskier than marketing stunts makes it appear, you need more than just surface information to be a good and profitable trader. There are people who records success in trading, but they're few and their mentorship fees are expensive, which makes people patronize ineffective lower hanging fruits dishing out signals and other fake marketing stunts all over social media. I'm one advocate for learning stuffs like trading from someone you know personally or from recommendations from a person practicing and making real money from trading, not just a faceless entity over social media advertising fake testimonies while targeting to leverage on your pockets.

Of course, trading are favoring a lot of people, no doubt at all, but there's no way you would see these particular people showcasing themselves on social media. They always do their trading activities quietly and make their money smoothly, because they don't want to become a target in the future. Sometimes we need to understand that real people normally do things privately for security reasons, there's no single benefit in putting yourself in danger.
