I was just looking at cement price and I notice this thing.
In 2021, if cement was around ₦2,500, ₦1m fit buy like 400 bags.
Even at ₦3,300, na around 303 bags.
But now in 2026:
₦12,000 = 83 bags
₦15,000 = just 66 bags 😕

Same ₦1m o, but look at wetin e fit buy now compare to before.
This thing make me start thinking about money and inflation.
We dey always talk say “I get ₦1m” or “I wan save ₦5m”, but nobody dey really ask wetin that money go fit buy in the next 5 or 10 years.
Na here Bitcoin come enter my mind.
I’m still kinda new to Bitcoin sha, so I no really know everything about am. But from wetin I dey read, one of the reasons people like Bitcoin na because the supply no fit just dey increase anyhow like normal money.
I know say Bitcoin get plenty risk too. E fit go up today and crash tomorrow 😂 So I no think say person suppose put all him money there.
But for long term, e dey make sense to me to atleast have small exposure, especially if na money wey you no need anytime soon.
I also like the idea of DCA instead of waiting for one big dip. Because sometimes you go dey wait for dip and price just dey run away from you 😂
So If you get ₦1m now, wetin you go do with am?
Buy land, cement, dollar, Bitcoin or just keep the naira?
I dey curious to know wetin una think.
Edit: Pidin Only Abeg
