The token still had enough demand to keep its market cap above $100 million, which is impressive nonetheless. But I think it's very difficult to go back, they have taken advantage of this rugpull project, a drop of more than -95% it always ends in a bad story, the issue of coins with events like this most of the supply is owned by a handful of people, in fact they also gave it to Wintermute and it has been sold 466,255 coin at an average price of $4.7 and with a profit of approximately $2m, I think on Trump coins it is much better and we feel the process although the same is moving quickly, but at least not immediately into worthless Ashes. lol

The mcap is still fairly large but what is the power? is there someone who thinks "it's time to buy" when it has already experienced such a crazy decline.

I agree, but since the launch price is usually taken as a reference value, the severe drop below that price (from 222 to $1) means that it is very difficult to return to the levels of $100. The best that will happen is $10 or $20, but since the project is not serious, most likely there will be no rise and everyone will forget about the matter.

 To many people, they have already realized that memecoins are gambling tokens. So even if they lose money in this one, they will keep believing that the next one will be their turn to make money from it. Same way many lost money in this memecoin, there are those that made big money from it. Those that invested early, so anytime they hear of another memecoin lunching, they will dive into it again and take their chances. My only concern are for the newbies that haven’t gained any experience about these memecoins.

For such price crash, I don’t think there will be any tangible reason for this project to he the hype and get back to even $20, if it would have that, the reason should have stopped it before dumping till this stage of $1.

People hardly learn from past experience. Only Trump and his family launching memecoins that gets rugpulled is supposed to be a lesson to many that memecoins launched by known people are supposed to be avoided, as they have a high tendency to crash in price within a short timeframe.

I think $5 is a huge value for such a useless coin, I don't even expect to see this coin going over $1 even. Who's hunter Biden? He's only known to public because he's son of former US president other than that he's nothing, not rich or someone who could take the coin to peaks again. It was just hyped in start that's where people started investing in it and lost all their investment within few minutes.

It was most probably a set rug pull as most celebrities do and nothing else. I've seen many famous people launching their coins and posting about those coins at their official social media handles and when the coin gets dumped on investors then such people say that their social media account got hacked. Anyone who's smart enough will stay miles away from meme coins.

I think the problem is that many people don't realize the only ones who really profit from these tokens are the owners and insiders, as well as those who've figured out how to automate buying and selling tokens on a DEX.

According to Coinmarketcap's charts, the coin has reached 222$ (with a market cap of 77B  ) before crashing to 1.20$ in the span of a couple of hours.

You would think that by now, people have already learned to not trust memecoins, especially ones launched by known people.

That's insane. I can't believe people fell for this scheme. I mean, what were they thinking? "Meme" coins are known to crash after a prolonged period of bullishness. This "LAPTOP" "meme" coin was centered on the former US President's son. It quickly failed since we're no longer in the Biden/Democrats era. The "meme" coin would've made sense if it was launched post-Trump.

At least, the TRUMP "meme" coin is doing better. Although, it's not recommended to invest in it for the long haul. What happened here, shows us that many people are looking to make a quick buck with crypto. They don't care if their investment is at risk. They just want quick results. I'm afraid many will get "rekt" due to poor investment decisions like this one. Some people never learn. One can only hope regulations put an end to the abuse in the "meme" coins industry. The market is flooded with too many of them. We'll see what happens...

its like a modern hyip but the only difference actually is related the use of a blockchain. the inner nature of a coin like this could be just... turn to 0.
plus with all of this spam, promotions, paid post and so on it was just the standard hyperpromoted memecoin destined to fail at launch (similar to a pre-saled coin).
I am really sorry for the users that achieve a negative outcome, anyway this can be used as lesson for further gamblers/investors ...

Even snipers are losing if they're few milliseconds late, the biggest winner is the airdrop receiver who received tokens for free, there are wallets that received airdrop at the range of $200k to $400k by simply being a subscriber and dumped to the market when valuation was still at the level of 250 billion and above.

Unfortunately meme degens is going to bet on another public figures linked token because they thought the price spike was worth speculating and a one good flip outperform several bad investments.

HYIP? Hehehe had realized now, buyers hunt this shitcoin in the hope of 10x profits in an instant, HYIPS need a duration of 1 week or a month to get a high ROI, in the end it becomes a scam out.

Paid promotion will not be strange, social media standards now follow influencers, assuming they can be richer than they are as information, after all, buyers will never recover and will continue to buy even though rugpull many times in his natural.
