Order terms can be verified independently

When an order is created, Swapoon signs its terms using Ed25519. The deposit address, receiving address, and exact amount are included in the signature, so these details cannot be changed unnoticed after the order is created.

1. The signature is created before any funds are sent;
 
2. It can be verified offline using a small Python script;

3. The recorded order terms are cryptographically verified.

I read your privacy page -----> https://swapoon.io/privacy, and frankly, there isn't a single piece of useful information there.
You could improve your service by disclosing the third parties involved, or at least by giving users the option to choose between them.

The remind my of ghostswap who made every claim about no KYC and being noncustodial until a client's funds ended by getting frozen by the third party and needed KYC verification putting their reputation down the drain

I really wonder why they have to make a false claims instead of just being honest. In the long run honesty beats it all.

On "no KYC"

You're right that this needs precision. Swapoon itself requires no registration, email, or identity that part stands. But swaps are routed through third-party liquidity providers, and those providers can, in rare cases, flag a transaction under their own AML policies. That's a reality for any aggregator, and it should be stated plainly instead of buried. We'll update the FAQ and privacy page to say exactly that.

On "non-custodial"

Also fair. Strictly speaking, funds pass through a provider's address during the swap, so "non-custodial" in the DEX sense is not accurate. The correct claim is: no accounts, no stored balances, no funds held by Swapoon before or after the swap. We'll replace the wording.

According to what I read, wagyu is a No-KYC instant swap service that relies on a liquidity provider, Hyperliquid, which is supposedly decentralized.

So User deposit ----> Swapoon  -----> wagyu ------>  Hyperliquid -----> DEX  ------> Withdrawal address

Honestly, this adds more layers, so it's better to rely directly on Hyperliquid, where wagyu can request KYC.
