For a very long time I have been meaning to point out some of the things that society has normalize, especially harmful things.

First on my list will be: never taking a break(always working) the truth is it is very good to be Hardworking, dedicated and serious about your job. But I need you to understand that our body isn't made to be working 247. Our body is like a phone battery, sometimes we need to charge it, every pressure you add to your body will definitely leave an effect on it. So ensure to rest properly, working too extremely hard won't even give you the wealth you need and even if you have that wealth without good health, then you probably won't enjoy the big bright future that you have built..

Another things is putting your whole life on the Internet. This is one of the most recent trend now. Everyone wants to post everything about their life on the Internet, people no longer value their privacy anymore, they don't care about the moment they have with their families and kids, all they are after is likes and views. Special moments isn't important anymore😞 only social media presence is important to them. I witnessed an accident in my neighborhood, I rushed to helped the victim while others quickly pulled out their phones to record the incident, everyone is just after having the best video at the scene. People's lives and privacy isn't important anymore.

Staring at negative and scary news on your phone or TV all day. Another heavy pandemic, people are now getting used to negative news, news that can instantly change your mood for the rest of your day. I see no reason why you should start or end your day with some bad news broadcast, turn that shit off, build your mind, your thoughts on positivity and you will be able to archive positive news. There are some news you hear in the morning and you won't be able to even go out to work anymore, because it has spoiled your mood and traumatized your day at the very beginning..

Buying expensive things and using them only once or twice. A lot of guys are guilty of this one, we feel like as a big boy you don't have to repeat that clothes, shoes or pant. No, no bro, this is why we end up spending our savings. It is totally okay to wear your clothes, shoes or pant multiple times as long as they are still good looking. Just wash them properly, iron them, spray nice perfume and step out like a king..

Relaying on alcohol or other high substance when you are sad. This is another heavy addiction by so many teenagers, it is totally wrong to get high on a substance simply because you are sad, this doesn't help you at all, instead you are destroying your brain and your organs, because this harmful substance will eat up your organs and leave you with sickness. And you if you get addicted to this substance, you won't be able to function without it. We all go through difficult challenges and struggles in life, this doesn't mean you should make alcohol your therapy.

Being mean and calling it honesty. Sometimes people can be really rude and annoying and when you call their attention to it, they quickly say they are just being honest with you. No bro, know the difference between the two of these things. You can't be mean because you are trying to be honest, talk to people decently and always show respect to people while talking to them.

There are things we do in which are truly of harm to us but we don't know some of their implications until they begin to emancipate, all these are social and personal mentalities to how we handle things and live our lives, but when we determine to research about anything we do and try to know the implication of them, it will be more silver and better for us than living our life in assumption on what is not it.

You listed many harmful or not very harmful things, but not sure sure how many of these is normalized by society.
Working too much - I don't think it's normalized by society. I rather see that people think that they always have to rush, like do something in several hours what you supposed to do in 2 days, always multitasking and etc.
About putting whole your life on internet, you're completely righ there and your example is great. Many people after seing accident they take phones to film stories for social media instead of trying to help.
Not sure that there is mnay people who follow only bad news all day long. And on the other hand, ignoring reality and skipping all bad news probably isn't right approach too.
About buying expensive things and using it only few times, I don't see problem about it if you afford. Bigger problem when you try to buy expensive, despite not having enough budget for it. I know people even take loans to buy newest iPhone that they would be able to flex in fron of their friends.
Taking alcochol as solution for your problems - no, society didn't normalized it. If you see it as solution - then you have addiction and you're in trouble.
I actually like when people saying things straight as it is instead of trying to be too polite. It's more ugly when someone is polite when talking face to face and then talk shit about you behind your eyes.

There's no country that will allow her citizens work 24/7 without going to a break or off. Working 24/7 is a personal choice and not a must. Some people are working overtime just to earn extra from their normal income which I don't see anything wrong about that. I don't see why one would be afraid or scared to hear or look at negative news on their phone because they will learn one or two things from such news. Currently, almost everything is the society is a norm.

Another things is putting your whole life on the Internet.

The problem is that, people know the things that could endanger their lives, but choose to ignore them. Exposing your personal life on social media can causes some many things. In the name of content or popularity people will be posting every single thing that happens in their lives on social media. Sometimes, our problems or happy moments require solutions and not social attention. Plus domestic violence, some people take it has normal thing, violating the rights of your partner seems normal to some people. Marriage does not signifies total submission, it requires respect and mutual understanding.

Agreeable that today's society has made many unhealthy behaviours normal but balance is important. Productivity of a person is reduced if he constantly works without taking rest, working hard is very necessary but rest is also important for the body to function properly and it also help relationship. It is also true that social media has made people dependent on someone else approval for personal choices.

People have started sharing their private moments on social media just for some likes and attention. People have started recording accident instead of helping, so that they can post and get views and likes. It is also a form of social pressure to spend money on buying clothes, so that one does not have to repeat them or buy things that are not in use,  it has damaged finances.

Escape from the alcohol is not going to solve the problem and honesty cannot be used as an excuse for disrespecting someone. There are so many other bad habits that have been normalized because people are continuously seeing them getting repeatedly done around them, so to recognise them is the first step towards changing them

Victim blaming is kind of normalized in society for very long time, instead of questioning the criminal we try to teach lessons to victims such as rapes and ask the women to be safe and always cautious while not addressing the real issue.

And being selfish, that is seen as a normal thing now but it used to be a shameful act back then.

I do not agree with this at all.

Honesty is not meant to be comfortable, and sugarcoating the truth just to protect someones fragile feelings is just another a form of deception.  Politeness and respect are fine, but prioritizing feelings over reality leads to fake interactions where nobody actually says what needs to be said.  People confuse basic directness with "being mean" because they would rather be comfortably lied to than face an uncomfortable truth.  Besides, respect is earned, not guaranteed.

Certainly everyone works overtime to suit their own preferences and increase their income there is nothing inherently wrong with that. However continuous work can lead to adverse effects potentially causing mental and physical illness. One should occasionally take time to rest and relax. It is not right to treat everything as mere routine we must consider the impact on society and our own lives.Take news for instance if we consume only negative news it leads to mental distress and despair. We should listen to both good and bad news to stay informed about the country situation while maintaining our mental peace.

One disgusting thing that has been normalized lately is the crazy celebration of broken homes and the quick divorces that seem to have dominated some fresh marriages it is almost like a trending lifestyle on the media space today. You will see many people on social media making clips on how they are packing their bags from their spouses' houses and telling their gullible fans what the misunderstanding is between them and their spouse, which ignites the reason for them to move out and you will see so many people cheering them up in the comment section. The marriage institution has been so bastardized and treated like a temporary contract that can be pulled out at any time one wishes, instead of a lifelong commitment and dedication of growing together and learning together. The current generation of kids will grow up without witnessing the beauty of a stable and unified household, only a few will be that lucky.

Perfect timing! This topic came at the right time.
I took permission this week from my workplace for a one-day break. My workplace doesn't normally allow breaks unless it's a general holiday or you're ill. Luckily for me, they granted me a one-day break. I want to use this time to spend quality time with my family. Go to a resort, eat well, and play with animals at the zoo. Life has more to offer us. Work shouldn't be the only thing we do with our time.

Of course you are right because the highest policy of working conditions I have seen so far is working 12 hours a day with break, that's from 7 in the morning till 5 in the evening so anything more than that I have not seen except is just like what you said about the person deciding in working extra time or taking another shift, otherwise it doesn't happen because the person could break down from the work and besides workers will have go home after work to be with their family so how would they be able to do that if they would spend those hours working, so actually even if I may have a lot of complaint of our working system but it has never gone bag to subjecting people into working on this manner.
