Kings.game are keeping my money

I found out about kings.game here on June. Deposited twice and played at most 20 bets. My balance stands just 97 usdt. I wanted to withdraw the money and they requested to complete the KYC which I did successfully. But now, for 3 days they have blocked my withdrawals. They told me they investigating my account. I played mostly live bets which in some cases cashed out winning and losing. I have risked my money here but they do not care at all. They can check my 20 bets in minutes if they want to but I'm sure they just want to keep my money. This is just to inform people about my case and not to have my experience. I made a trustpilot review and they tried to flagg it but trustpilot refused their case. So they are aware of me battling for my money but do not care at all paying.

I suggest giving it a few more days, though it is not certain they will be done after a few more days. They mentioned that they are investigating your account. From what I've seen here on the scam accusation board, when a casino says this, their investigation could last several days, a week or longer.

You said you mostly placed bets on "live bets", I'm assuming that's sports betting, and I'm guessing they might be investigating you for value betting or arbitrage, but it could be something else too.

The image you shared looks to be of messages you sent just before making this post. Can you share the conversation when you first had the issue?

Give them around a week while still checking up on support regularly. It must be frustrating if you did not do anything wrong and youd bets are not complicated enough to warrant such a delay, but it could just be the team being sloppy, not malicious.

Imgur is not ideal to host images on bitcointalk. If you want the image to he visible when you rank up or if someone quotes it, you should use a different hosting website like talk.img.
