How it works: swaps are routed through partner liquidity. We do not hold balances: your transfer goes into the swap and the result goes to the address you provide. We follow every order from deposit to payout, and a real person answers in the support chat.

Memo / tag: networks that need a memo or destination tag are supported. Always enter it when sending to an exchange account.
RATES, FEES & LIMITSFixed rate: held for 15 minutes, you receive exactly the amount shown.
Floating rate: calculated when your transfer reaches the required confirmations. Lower fee.
Fee: 1% - 1.5% depending on the rate type, already included in the amount you see before confirming. Nothing hidden inside the rate.
Limits: minimum and maximum depend on the pair and are shown in the swap form.
Typical time: 2-20 minutes, mostly waiting for network confirmations.
Late deposits: if your transfer arrives after the order timer runs out, it is not lost. The swap waits for your decision: complete at the current rate or refund.
TRANSACTION SCREENING (AML) / KYCSign-up: none. We do not ask for names or phone numbers.
Screening: incoming funds are automatically screened for links to known unlawful addresses.
If screening triggers: the swap is paused and we may ask you to confirm the origin of the funds. If you decline, the swap may be refused and the funds returned to the sending address, minus the network fee for the return.
