What kills casino business very fast

Since online casino businesses are so lucrative like many of us have agreed on here why so many of them just died out like that?

Many casino close down not because of loss, but because of licensing, compliance and regulatory hassle. There is no chance to avoid these requirement and cost if you run it in a legal way. If there is no big investor or sufficient funding then it become difficult to handle this pressure over time. At least in big casino shutdown I have seen, legal or regulatory issues are more visible than player loss.

They may have many other side businesses. Therefore it is not right to assume that their entire operation is over when any domain is closed.
On our forum we have seen many casinos that shut down a site and come back with a new domain.

The fact that most of these casinos are not longer active in the forum here dose not mean they are totally dead yes some eventually did but not all, some stopped due to the expense involve as they are not able to keep up with it, consistency truly matters a whole lot, some of these casinos stopped existing due to false review from users which made others lose interest making it difficult for for that casino to have customers patronizing them, reputation matters too imagine someone telling you not to try a particular thing because of his terrible encounter in that thing and it was due to his negligence but he hide his own part of the story, people do this a lot, though some casinos happens to have a target afterwards.

I was surfing the forum yesterday and I saw a lot of online casinos that's been promoted on here and they are not even working anymore or no one is talking about them, too many that I don't even know about.

My question is what is killing these online casinos?
For someone who wants to start running a new online casino, what is that one thing that can ruin it all?

One of the major things that kills or destroys a new online casino faster than the speed of light is the shortage of cash to payout those who win big time winners. Some of the small and medium sized owners usually think running a casino is a thing of consistent profit so they spend a lot of energy by setting up a very flashy and eye catchy website without necessarily having a big fund to bankroll it behind the scenes, and as soon as a few very lucky players hit the jackpots, the casino management or owners panics because they know very well they can't handle the payment. And as soon as words spread about their inability to payout or blocking and delaying withdrawals, then it affects their reputation and that automatically has a negative impact on their business.

Provable bad behavior I would think is probably the biggest thing that could kill a casino. Besides being hacked, which would kill most businesses. Any bad behavior that can be proved and damages their reputation would be bad for business though. The best thing to do is just be a man of your word and let the chips fall where they may in any circumstance.

Fraudulent actions against player's can kill any casino business, because once a casino take gambler's money without any justification and against his right, such player will never leave them to be but will put up a fight by reporting and questioning their reputation in the crypto gambling market, this bad reputations have fast effects on the casino and there by eventually exiting the market unexpectedly.

False review are not causing any casinos to disappear. In fact those that do disappear have some shady things that they don't want it to get exposed. Because reviews normally are like a guide to make casinos do better next time and not the other way around. You get a review of the same issue multiple times. That should get you to try and fix that instead of going ghost. I will be more suspicious of a business that doesn't take reviews properly. The main aim is to serve your customers and if you don't treat them well, they will leave.

It reminds me the case of Betnomi.
They pretty much got thrown out business because of their fraudulent behavior against the same people who make them big in the first place.
I won't even mention other disgraceful examples of casinos who decided to committ reputational seppuku by chasing money at all cost, like what happen with 1xbit and 1xbet.

I think a good signal a casino is in decadence because of their action, it is how much they rely in advertising in order to keep their numbers high, and how much they opt out of allowing mouth to mouth reputation from bringing new gamblers to their casino.
