I actually agree with the main point, but i think the phrase “scared money don’t make real money” can actually be very dangerous most especially when it comes to crypto and it can easily make someone confuse with taking unnecessary risks and being comfortable with losing money does not means someone a good or perfect trader. All i can say is sometimes the smartest move in crypto is knowing when not to take a trade because that is actually very, very necessary.
And the last thing you said dont invest in crypto with capital that you are afraid of loosing I love that advice because have been a circumstance of this same thing and I don’t pray or advice anyone to fall into that situation.

If you are planning to Make an investment it is important that you first of all understand market psychology so you can be able to control your emotions, secondly, there should be nothing like scare money especially if you are investing in Bitcoin because you have to be ready to invest for a long period of time and it should not concern you if the market is going through a dip, this is why you are meant to use an amount of money that's affordable for you or not In use at that period. Investing in fear will definitely make you sell your coins which means you might be in loss.

In general, all what I'm trying to say is simple, don't invest in crypto with capital that you're afraid of losing, instead invest with what you can afford to lose.

And just because you have a money to risk, I.e a money that you can afford to lose, doesn't necessarily mean that you have to jump into every single crypto project that catches your attention. It's important to understand that risk level for all projects differs. You can't compare the risk in Bitcoin to altcoins. Just because it's something you can afford to lose, you also have to regulate it by being decisive while making any investments or trading decisions. I don't think anyone enjoys making losses no matter how small they are, or is there are exception to that?.

Exactly. Understanding market psychology is important because emotions like fear and greed can easily lead to poor decisions. With Bitcoin, you should only invest money you can afford to leave untouched for the long term. Dips are part of the market, but that doesn’t mean every dip will recover quickly or that losses are guaranteed to reverse. Having a clear plan and avoiding panic decisions can make a big difference.

oh yes mate, I made valid points and concern here about "scarce money don't make real money in crypt" I believe we should be doing our best to stay on track because the market have its own plan for us as we're also planning to milk the market also. I believe all my advice should be taken seriously and those who refrain from it will actually learn the hard way since they do not want to follow concrete advice and path.

Knowing your stand in the market will happen to become one of the smartest moves to make, not to panic because this is the crypto market and there's always more chance for us to profit in the market and clearly understand how it feels to understand the market.

In cryptocurrencies investment, there is this popular saying that you should invest what you can afford to loose, and this statement is confirmed to be true considering the volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market. There are just few cryptocurrency that are consistent in their growth with Bitcoin being the most favourable among them. However, the statement that says scare money doesn't make real money in crypto could be true to some extent. You can loose your scare money to cryptocurrency trading be it any type of coin you are trading because of their inconsistent nature, and volatility, and even on long term investment apart from Bitcoin which has a every reliable track record. More also, the story of CZ in 2014 shows he sold his house for $900000 for Bitcoin investing, to me this is a scare money, but his decision actually worked for him because today his Bitcoin portfolio is worth billions of dollars.

I agree with the main point, especially because “scared money doesn’t make real money” can be easily misunderstood in crypto. Taking more risk or being comfortable with losing money doesn’t automatically make someone a better investor. Crypto is volatile, and even a coin with a strong track record can experience serious drawdowns.

CZ’s story is a good example of how a huge risk can work out, but it shouldn’t be used as a template for everyone. Selling a house to buy Bitcoin in 2014 worked out massively for him, but there’s no guarantee the same decision would produce the same result for someone else. The smarter lesson is to understand the risk, invest within your means, and never put money you genuinely cannot afford to lose into a highly volatile asset.

When I see people with $10 go 100x leverage on trades, it makes me irk so much that I don't know what they are thinking in the first place, it doesn't make any sense. You can't extract money from crypto market without investing much. If it was then, it was easier but at this level, it's now harder because we need 2 to 3 times of the value of the market to get there and if that eventually worked out, you are getting 3x of hour investment. Now imagine you invested a little token, you are getting 3 times that amount.

However, this is not an endorsement or encouragement as financial advice, do what you can afford and let's the market play it's part. If we see 10x or more, then so be it but lower your expectations. If you even lower your expectations, incase anything bad comes around, you have nothing to regret because you were prepared and if you win big, it's a win win for your investment.

It was very easy in the past to make money from crypto space and life was pretty good then not now where you can find 10 projects and about 7 could be scam projects. There are scammers that have shifted their scam into crypto because they find loopholes they can often use to scam their victims easily while gathering portfolios of cryptocurrency. Traders and investors should know this and understand that they'll have to invest what they can afford to lose so if anything go wrong, it wouldn't have too much disappointment.

The crypto market is not friendly, I think is high time we start putting thing in order because everyone will run at lose it they do not make things come orderly. The crypto space have become more populated with crypto projects which some of them are real while some are filled with untrue information and scams. This is no longer time to relent but time to navigate the space and ensuring we're dealing our moves with quickness and making sure we're reaping the fruit of our labour when it come.

Well said, I truly agree with you on this, that sometimes people tend to focus too much on making quick and huge returns instead of managing the risk involved. And is really doesn’t make any sense actually. Using 100x leverage with a small amount doesn’t mean one has find a way of turning $10 into a large amount safely. This is because at That 100x leverage even a very small move against the position can cause liquidation and wipe out the margin.

Thats why it’s better to have decent leverage, realistic expectations, and only use Money you can afford to lose. Bitcoin and other crypto can actually give good returns, but nobody can guarantee 10x,100x or any other return. Risk management is what I think is always important.

This is what I have learned about cryptocurrency trading, and you should always have the confidence to go into it, knowing that you have the required knowledge and abilities to be a trader, so that you don't go into it with uncertainties when trading. Always prepare for the worst and expect the better to come, as there is always a risk in trading regardless of how professional you are being professional, but you can minimize this when you are very sure of what you are doing in Trading.
I have a genuine feeling the topic starter was referring to crypto investment not crypto trading. Well, regardless of which aspect he is directing the topic to, it is important that we invest with an amount ok for us to lose. The challenges of investors and traders is that they tend to do above what they are capable of. And sometime greed puts more pressure in them to start making bad decisions. Both investment and trading cryptocurrency can be profitable if the right approach is followed.

This phrase is new to me but it's something we are already familiar with, you cannot freely invest an amount of money in crypto that you cannot afford to lose without being worried about losing it, losing it isn't caused by the fear you have it's the actions you take as a result of your emotions that leads to losses. Scare money cannot Make real money because you would not want to risk it, this explains why a lot of people start their crypto journey, Bitcoin investment specifically and they end up selling their coins because they are scared that they might lose during the bearish season.

The truth is, there is no money we will be willing to lose, but there should be money that is so mean to us that we cannot afford to lose because losing the money will come with challenges and consequences, that type of money includes you only money and maybe it cannot be enough for you to cover your needs, or a borrowed money; these set or types of money are what we can’t afford to lose, so investing these money is risky, that is why we doubt have to rush to invest, you need to wait and accumulate some money to invest. FOMO is not good in crypto investment, take your time to invest and make sure you will be patient enough to wait for the investment to have good profit before using the money for another thing.

Why should investors use money for groceries and paying for their needs to trade? I see it makes no sense because it's very important to always have money to survive and not gamble with everything into the market simply because you're acquainted with a trading strategy and forget so soon that the market is unpredictable and it has other plans. In the market, if you're not set up for the top goals, then you're not ready to milk the market because there's always a way the market played us to meet heavy losses.

Scare money will not make any more money because investors are too scared or frighten to face risk because they do not want to lose while those investors who are bouyant and not scared, they have a standout in the market and making calculated risks is their thing.
