Yes. This is the sad truth and reality. When you have money, you've got mostly the advantages that the others don't have. Let's start having family and friends, you're known by them when you have it. So with this little comparison about having money, you see how the world is cruel with those who doesn't have it.

This, I don't believe at all. Even if you are few, the opportunities can come at different ways. If you're talented person and you've got a lot of peers and connections despite your situation. I think that more opportunities will still come to you not looking at your financial status.

You have Said a whole lot of good things here, and I would say that those who are rich always have preference when it comes to the time of buying things. Because the seller would want to give them in a rate that they will not stop coming to patronize them because they know that if they buy cheaper,  that they will like to patronize them some other time or even make them their regular customer.

You're right about that, sellers have their own way of attending to poor people. They don't act friendly, they treat poor people like trash. As a poor guy and you're told that this is how they are selling it, they don't care if they leave or not because they know that even though they give them in a cheaper price they will still want to try the next shop the other time to see if it will be more cheaper over there.

I don't agree that in all circumstances, the rich buys product at lower prices, i understand the idea you all share but we forget the human ability to gage the individual buying a particular goods especially for consumption. Maybe it's where am from but once you exhume money, prices of things go up to maximize the sellers profit, it happens alot. The difference is that the rich doesn't feel the difference.

I think what you are talking about is different than what OP is referring to, because you are talking about individual vendors or businesses who may increase the prices of goods when they see that the person who is asking for the price is rich or wealthy and they hope that the person won't bargain and buy the goods at the price given to them and the vendor can make more profits than the general margin they keep on sales.

However, OP is talking about buying products in bulk or buying one each time you need that thing, and since the prices can go up over time due to inflation, the one who buys in bulk gets to save money because they won't need to buy when the price has gone up since they already have that thing, and this is mostly about wholesale or markets where products are sold at a fixed rate and there is no option for increasing the price.

Let me respond to you based on your subjects....having money gives you more courage and confidence to carried out any action you want..but it's only own detriment to control some of your decisions..sometimes money can be intoxicated and if you failed to control it properly then it will control you...

I started thinking about this  after noticing something that does not get discussed much when people talk about money. Sometimes having little money can actually make certain things more expensive. For example someone with enough funds can buy something in bulk when the price is better and someone who is low in funds may have to keep buying smaller quantities at a higher cost.

Life is generally easier, cheaper and fairer for the rich. Almost everyone understands that buying things in bulk saves money, and saves time for you, but sometimes too, not everyone is financially capable to buy extra from the number they need at the moment.

Decision making is easier and swifter for the rich people on a daily basis. The poor people don't easily take decisions because no matter the knowledge they have about any prospects and about life situations. Having money makes you see opportunities where others believe it's costly.

A friend missed an opportunity to get a particular product almost half the new price just because of less than one week delays. The situation could have been his stepping stones to his wealth. He agreed on a price but needed to source Money but before his money was ready, someone else bought the product off the market and monopolised it. Absence of money makes a person look like he doesn't have plans as a person because no matter what you know, if you can't sponsor it immediately, you are only wasting your time.

I wonder what triggered the op to ask such a question he already knows the answer to, because we all knows that when their is money things becomes easier, including your decision making, because you will have the financial might to support your decisions.

There’s is a difference between having access to an opportunity and actually being in a position to take advantage of it. Talent, connection and even luck can bring an opportunity to someone who does not have much money but the financial side can still determine what happens next. For instance, two people can get a job in a place. One can afford transport , accommodation and probably the waiting period before the first salary comes in while the other person might have the same talent and even the same opportunity but may have to turn it down simply because he can’t afford the transition.

So maybe money doesn’t necessarily create every opportunity but it can surely give you more room to actually act on one when it comes. Now do you think that’s where financial flexibility really matters or can talent and connections usually overcome that disadvantage?

Is that a rhetorical question? Of course. Having financially flexibility gives you more options and freedom. I've heard a saying, which sounds something like "There's nothing more expensive than being poor" and I totally agree with this. Poor people are screwed by the system in a way rich people never will. Poor people have to stick with buying cheaper and low quality food, which makes them obese and causes various health issues, which leads to poor people spending more on medication and treatment. Poor people are more susceptible to becoming addicted to gambling, which is a huge problem. It's a downward spiral. The stress of not being able to make ends meet can lead to some very bad decisions and life choices.

The common thought about what being wealthy is always relates to having money. And so with that and if you are someone who's in that status of financial flexibility then you are one of the people who is wealthy.

I have always considered having an emergency funds to be very crucial. Because when an emergency occurs it saves us from financial pressures. Having money gives someone control over some certain situations.

Money is important to your buying power, since buying in bulk gives you access to wholesale prices, infact the rich have more access to credit buying since they are creditworthy to their sellers.

This is not completely true, because it depends on what you are buying, rich people buy things from Amazon and Newegg for example and it's the listed price they will buy, it is left for the online market place to reduce prices if they are doing holiday sells, it doesn't matter if you are Elon jr brother or older brother.

Rich poepke are not even the same, you can't compare Musk with Drake, they have different things they use their money on, a Lamborghini is a Lamborghini, a poor person normally won't go for this type of cars because it's way out of their league, it's for the rich people and no Lamborghini seller will sell to Elon musk for cheap price because you are Elon Musk, the seller must make profit.
